We had an excellent experience at Applebee’s in Havertown, especially thanks to the manager, Maurice. He was professional, well organized, and an excellent communicator from start to finish. His customer service truly stood out.
We came in with a large party of 30 people, and everything ran smoothly. Everyone was served quickly and efficiently, and the food came out hot and accurate despite the size of our group. That kind of coordination doesn’t happen without strong leadership.
Maurice clearly knows how to manage a team and take care of guests. Our entire group left happy and impressed. Highly recommend this location if you’re hosting a large group or just want great service.

I am a long-time patron of the Applebee’s in Havertown and experienced the ups and downs over the years. The last few years have been the best. The service and staff are really good and they care. Most of them recognize good customer care and are attentive. That to me is exceptional in just a neighborhood place where there is growing external competition. The food has improved greatly.The restaurant is clean, welcoming and changes to the menu with new additions were much needed.

Great selection of food items. Love their pretzel appetizer and crispy onions. If you like French dip try their Prime Rib Dipper. Service is always great, ask for for Billie he is excellent if he’s not there request his brother.

Came here for the first time a few weeks ago and the food was delicious. The service was great too, the lady who served my boyfriend and I was also very nice and friendly. I love the atmosphere of the restaurant especially the outdoor sitting area was really pretty. Would definitely come back again in the future.

This is our favorite Applebee’s, even though the 77th & City Line location is only 5 minutes from us. The service, food and atmosphere is consistently great! The wait staff is courteous attentive and efficient, even when it gets busy! If you’re in the area, give them a try!
