Adriana’s is our “go to” MX restaurant. We have lived in Franktown for 12 years. We have tried nearly every MX restaurant between Nogales and Denver, including Arizona and NM.
I have a few favorites. The Shed in Santa Fe, La Parrilla Suiza in Tucson, Dick’s Hideaway in Phoenix and Adriana’s in Franktown are our 4 favorites.
Adriana, her sister and her two grown children are very nice people and that also makes a big difference.
I like Adriana’s because I love her consistently great food. I especially like the carne asada tacos, and the enchiladas. The burritos are great too. The Carnitas plate is truly out of this world, green chili and marinated pork with tortillas but you better be really hungry. I get 6 tortillas because there is too much meat for just 3 tortillas. The fajitas are fabulous. Chips and Salsa are plentiful and solid. I love the rice and beans. Add a little salsa and it’s so good.
Don’t miss Adriana’s breakfast. It is phenomenal. So much better than any regular breakfast place in Elizabeth, Parker or Castle Rock & beyond.
Seems like they do as much take out business as sit down.
Our grand kids now demand coming to Adriana’s for meals. They do have kid foods and wonderful burgers. Our Gr kids order off the adult menu, and I don’t blame them.
I hesitate to rate this place so well because it can get busy and I hate to wait for a table. They have outdoor seating too, which is very nice, weather permitting.
And it is not overpriced at all.
We love their skinny margarita and the house margarita too!
Had to update this. The salsa and chips are excellent. Just had the carnitas plate. My Gr son had carne asada tacos, wife had detinga tacos, and el niña had fries and quesadilla. That’s after feeding her Chick-fil-A on the way here. Can’t keep these kids fed.
The food was amazing! We were the last table in for lunch so got a few pics without people. The Sopapillas were gobbled by the Gr Kids before I could get a picture!

I’ve been passing by this gem for years now and finally stopped in. I ordered the waitress’ recommended green chile enchiladas. 10/10. I never give out 10s by the way. Very authentic, spicy, great service with a smile. I wish this beautiful restaurant endless success.

Pictures are a little foggy from the fajita smoke. First off the salsa was amazing and the chips were fresh. I got steak fajitas and they were good. I prefer a little more peppers and a skirt steak style but every restaurant does them a little different. Wife got shredded chicken burrito and must not have read it came with onions but she still enjoyed it. They were slammed but servers were attentive and friendly. Overall we will definitely stop by again when we are in the area.

I’ve been here a few times (for the always incredible Mexican food) but after the fantastic service I received from Susie tonight, I can’t help but leave a review. Susie took care of everything I needed, and helped me decide on an entree when I was conflicted. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Adriana’s has been my go-to Mexican restaurant for almost 10 years. The food is always delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The service is friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, whether you’re there for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic food and a place that treats you like family!

Stellar hole in the wall family mexican food place that will make you immediately feel at home. Good variety of booths and tables as well as a great patio if its nice out. Menu has the staples as well as a lot of house specialties and adventurous choices. Definitely making this our go to when in the area and maybe even a couple dedicated trips in the near future.

This was a great little find. Franktown is a very small town and we just happened upon it during a drive a few months ago. We noticed Adriana’s and thought about it for the next time through town. Today was that day. We love small town restaurants, they usually stand the test of time for good reason. We were not disappointed. I had a combination platter – guacamole tostada, chicken enchilada and beef taco – with guacamole, chips and salsa; my husband had a steak burrito. The portions are perfect – not overly large – and you can choose your heat level. The food was tasty and perfectly seasoned to our liking. The rice was exceptionally good. As we were dining we noticed all the customers were regulars, but everyone was treated that way. Susie our waitress was amazing. We will definitely come back the next time we’re driving through or make the trek from Highlands Ranch just to get some good Mexican food.

Coming from a restaurant background, I have learned what it takes to be successful in this business. I can assure you that if you haven’t been to Adrianna’s, you must go. This place is a diamond in the rough. The food is always cooked to order and fresh. The waitsaff is attentive and ready to make sure that your experience is a good one. Healthy portions and great service . A family run business that makes you feel at home. I highly recommend this stop don’t miss it . Right by the intersection of Rt. 86 and 83.
