just wanted to get a morning coffee, they give me my drink with a napkin around it. i go to pick it up and the cup is cracked and spilling. I proceeded to call to get a refund with a the response “ i can’t make promises on refunds nothing we can do”. and tell me to bring it back. if your getting at coffee at 8 am what in your right mind makes you think imma leave work and bring it back with no refund. the laziest people work at this location, i would have been happy as could be waiting another minute for my drink to be remade.

Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and fries tonight with a fish combo and a bacon quarter pounder combo and a flurry.
No flurry, only 1 double cheeseburger, and fries were all half full.
We live 30 minutes away. So I guess this location just stole $8 give or take from me with tax since no one is answering the phone.

Why am I waiting 15 minutes for a $5 meal deal and a fish sandwich? I understand that it gets busy, however, before you ask me to pull around to wait explain to me why it is I am waiting. That’s all I’m asking so that I can understand why I’m having to wait. My order wasn’t complicated or large. If you’re having to cook something, let someone know and 90% they be cool with it. It costs us nothing to share information like this and helps assure the customer everything is alright and is being worked on. That’s all. I hope this helps and thanks for listening.

Well rated 3 stars good bc one thing is ordered a big breakfast and I always thought pancakes come with syrup tho and stuff that let’s me kno no one uo there worried about putting the right stuff in bags and stuff and also just idk maybe heck who wants to eat buttery pancakes like im.veey tempted to just throw them away and stuff without any syrup what the use in pancakes tho and stuff tho like fr fr this is ridiculous I used to be a kitchen manager up there myself and stuff nun wrong with the food but whoever getting the orders out or putting condiments in fr fr needs to pay more attention

The drive thru in the morning’s deserve a 5 star plus. The young lady at window $1 is so happy and friendly that you will want to come back every morning. The young lady at window #2 seems more shy but she is very nice.
But if you like a bad attitude in the morning then just go inside and order. The manager or assistant manager or whatever she is, along with her little brown nose employee will give you just that bad attitude you so desire. They would get half a star from me. And don’t ask for condiments for God sake just dont.

Placed an online order. Waited and waited and watched a food delivery person attempt to get an order squared away.
Another EE just stood at the cash register and looked around and didn’t do anything.
I asked about my order and they had prepared it for the food delivery person.
My two sausage burritos were cold, dry and chewy as in they were left over from several days ago.
I could of used them as a Hammer.
Requested no ice in my drink, yea, all ice and no soft drink.
As a stockholder of the Golden Arches, I will review my investment and look to sell and purchase another stock.
Keep on driving. More choices ahead.

Tried to go there for lunch yesterday they were closed. Tried to go there again today and they were closed again. There was a lady standing in the drive thru. She said it was going to be 45 minutes before I could be served. No sign posted saying why. I placed a mobile order twice and twice had to cancel.
