Ordered a large fry, only got the amount of a small fry in a large box. Ordered through mobile app, this location CONSTANTLY shorts the fry’s on every order. Spicy sandwich was cold also which has happened before also. I waited over 10+ orders that are constantly shorted on fry’s or some other issue before making a negative review.

Such a simple task to fill a fry box and make sure the food is warm. This locations attention to orders is bad representation of the chick fil a brand.

I will not be back to this location.

Edit: after starting to eat it turns out the small amount of frys I did get are cold, and my soft drink tastes like it barely has any syrup in it. Terrible representation of Chick Fil A.

AMAZING OUT OF THIS WORLD SERVICE!
I purchase breakfast for our team every week, and Chick-fil-A is often my choice, because of a shift manager named Jessica. I am ALWAYS warmly welcomed when I walk through the door.
However, this past Tuesday, Jessica demonstrated a level of customer service I have never experienced anywhere.
Before I even reached the counter to announce I was there to pick up my large team order, she had already prepared everything she knew I would need — my summary business receipt, a water, and an item from my order to eat while I waited for the remainder to be completed.
She anticipated my needs before I voiced them.
I have traveled all over the United States, Alaska, and internationally. I have worked in distribution management for over 40 years. I recognize truly exceptional service when I see it — and what Jessica demonstrated was elite.
This young lady is a credit to Chick-fil-A, to her store team, to her managers, and to her family and community. I cannot adequately express the emotions I felt that morning. Today is Saturday, and I am still thinking about that moment.
Jessica represents Chick-fil-A at its absolute best. Thank you SO very much, Jessica, for making my day, week, month and year!

Went last night with my fiance, we ordered the chicken salad , but at the window The worker went out of her way not to acknowledge us, proceeded to hand us our food turned her back, we said thank you , and she responded with a very disrespectful mhm!
This location has struggled to maintain polite work environments with young employees, the only thing I remember about her was that she had braids , and her hair was blonde at the tips , highlighted almost to the roots , but not the roots themselves. We decided we’ll probably move on to a different location.

It’s Chick-fil-A very consistent the menu hardly ever changes and the line moves pretty quickly even when busy. If you were inconvenienced by a long wait they will make sure you’re compensated with a smile and those favorite words ” My Pleasure”got to love it!

Honestly not worth the price anymore fries are coming out empty. Why am I paying so much for so little. Had to ask 3 times for more pickles on the side and they give out only two basically one in each container because one is big and the other is smaller.

There is never a good remedy to or way to effectively communicate when they get your order wrong in the mobile drive thru line. Been here waiting to get my order corrected.

Got my order wrong again this is the worst place for getting order accuracy

Hey folks just here to give applause to this chick Fil a restaurant. They provided exceptional customer care and high quality food.
The cashier was very patient with us even though we had a huge order. He made sure everything was correct from the drink to the sauces!
The manager also stepped in to help when I had an issue with my card he showed great attentivness and patience.
They even stacked the food and sauces perfectly lol.They made my night and we enjoyed our dinner .

I normally love Chick Fil A at this location. I’ve been going there for a couple of years now. Recelty the customer service has gone drastically downhill, that and the wait times. Especially in the evening. Some of the teenagers, especially the girls, are incredibly nasty in their tone and demeanor towards customers. The last few times I’ve gone in and wanted to use rewards it had been an uphill battle. Promotions are not honored, they play dumb. “I haven’t heard about that. Or you are mistaken”. I have no idea why a worker could be genuinely so bothered by a customer wanting to use a reward and do two orders. It’s gotten to the point that the Fairmont location is where I go now. It’s just not worth going to this location and putting up with McDonald’s or Jack in the Box customer service. At least there you already know the workers hate their job and you, it’s expected. This CFA doesn’t even feel like it’s part of the chain because the service is lacking so badly. It’s like it’s a cousin, twice removed from the brand or the rejected orphan. It’s like anyone with a pulse is getting hired to work the evenings, regardless of customer service abolities. The owner runs both Fairmont and Spencer, so I’m not sure why this store is lacking so much. Either way, something should be done to bring the standard back up to what it used to be. I hate driving to the other location, but it’s worth it to have the full CFA experience.
