Ive never been to a KK and im not disappointed! Word of advice…dont go in hungry or you’ll be like me and order 6 donuts and eat them all in one sitting! They were all amazing, but the original glazed is the best. You should definitely try for yourself. In the meantime, Im either going to the gym or a diabetic shock. I haven’t decided yet.

I ordered a regular glazed, a biscoff, and a cinnamon roll. Didn’t get the cinnamon roll. Idk what that is, but it’s hard as a rock and tastes like chalk. So is the biscoff one. Absolutely inedible. For $12, you could at least give me something that was made this week, if you’re not going to give me what I paid for.

You get to see the whole production factory, behind the front counter through a glass wall. We got the limited edition Harry Potter doughnuts, except for the Griffyndor (sold out). It appears a bit rushed in design, but still tasted great regardless.
The restaurant was clean, and not busy when we visited. I’d stop by here again for future events at Krispy Kreme!

Got half dozen donuts last night. I saw the guy picking up from different trays and was wondering why. Got the answer this morning. He was picking small and out of shape donuts. Normally donuts barely fit in the box, but not this time. I even thanked him, but I regret it now. He didn’t deserve my thanks.

We stopped atkrispy creme in the way to taking our daughter to the airport…we happened to arrive when the “hot” sign was on in the morning. We got to watch the donuts coming through in the belt, and the server gave us each a piping hot free glazed donut! The ones we purchased were fresh and excellent. The staff was super friendly! The retro vibes are awesome! This ones the real deal 🙂

Where my wife and I live now, we no longer have a Krispy Kreme. Being in Franklin to visit and knowing that it has a Krispy Kreme was everything because it’s been over a year since eating a Krispy Kreme donut. It brought back so many memories.

I asked for two sorting hat mystery donuts in the drive through expecting two small red boxes. What i got was in a small Krispy Kreme box with two donuts already revealed. With not sorting hat on top. If youre out if the decorations just tell me rather than me having to pay 9 bucks for 2 donuts. Ridiculous.

Krispy Kreme is my all-time favorite donut place. This comes from a personal bias of liking crispy and soft yeast donuts over cake donuts. Krispy Kreme makes the crispiest and tenderest donuts I’ve ever eaten, and this location in particular does not disappoint.
That said, the donuts are extremely sweet and oily and feel like a nutritional abomination, so I think a maximum of 1-1.5 donuts should be consumed in each sitting. Each sitting should happen infrequently for a healthy BMI and to avoid diabetes.
I ate 2.5 original donuts in one sitting along with a bottle of whole milk here and regretted it after the second donut.

I was very disappointed. I went inside and no one even greeted myself or anyone else that walked in. I had decided to leave, and wondered what would happen if I went through the drive thru, I was served so fast, and got half a dozen donuts, and paid almost what it would have cost for a dozen, way too high of a price for sure. To top it off, they were stone cold and hard. I was so mad I didn’t even turn around to go back and have them fix it, especially since their customer service was atrocious. I don’t think I’ll ever be going back.

We went in to use a gift card and coupons and ended up leaving with 2 dozen donuts and a $30 bill. The donuts were just regular style no special donuts and they told us that they couldn’t get THEIR COUPONS to work. I’m pretty confident they should have overridden the register and gave us the discount, but no!!
