Went on 3/2/26 about 9:45pm. Fries sucked and nuggets sucked. Knew it would because as soon as we pulled up to the window the other was ready. Thank God for an air fryer. It’s fast food so it is what it is. Should have tried the one on 96.

I went to get dinner at the drive-thru. The Big Macs I bought were the worst of any McDonald’s I’ve been to. I basically got the meat with the buns, with very few vegetables and no Big Mac sauce.

When I ordered my food I asked for one 5$ meal deal a mc double plain just cheese and another 5$ meal deal mc double all the way as well as a spicy mc chicken. When I got my order they forgot a sandwich and my meal deal that was supposed to be plain was not they charged us for everything but didn’t give us our whole order. I understand there was a rush but I could have done this better and made it right

Placed my order at the drive through went to the window to pay, guy was confused and I waited for 3 mins just for him to look confused. So I pulled to the next window and no one knows my order, no one has any memory of taking it. Worse part is they didn’t believe me and the manger wasn’t any help…. I have never been to a McDonald’s that offered such wonderful customer service. They literally came to our table with a little box full of sauces to pick out or whatever you needed! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and we got our food quickly.

0 stars I waited 35 minutes for a hot n ready. Not acceptable never return to that location. Customer service was poor and they don’t need my money. Need help there. The pizza was hot and fresh but was not cut.

The order wasn’t correct but they immediately took care of it without a hassle, and the food was good as always. The manager working tonight and the crew was prompt and friendly, and the order came out quick. It’s a good hometown McDonald’s for a quick bite without the issues

Fries we old and hard, absolutely no salt and the big mac had zero sauce on it..it was odd when it was so fast but then I realized its because they rushed with it and it shows. They gave us the wrong size drink aswell but luckily I noticed while still in the store and they fixed it. But how do you forget sauce on a big Mac? Its what makes the big Mac so good. Very disappointed, I regret buying the meal.
