If you like your pasta saucy, I wouldn’t order carryout. It was good when my wife and I went inside and ate but the last three times and I’m ashamed to say three times we got carry out. It was absolutely horrible. The best thing about this place is their breadsticks when they’re fresh. I give it two stars simply because when we dined in it was decent.

This was my first time at Fazolis man let me tell you something delicious just like the mom and pop shop I go back home in Chicago. I ordered baked mostaccioli with meatballs, and it came with a couple of breadsticks. I was surprised that the flavors were top-notch. They hit a home run on this one when I took my first bike. Remind me back home.

We’ve come here a few times and the food is always excellent. We ate in this time with our 1.5 year old, and the atmosphere and service was awesome. Z specifically was amazing.

I just want to acknowledge Zeke! We were blown away tonight by how kind, fast, and attentive he was! We dined in tonight and he blew us away! We were never without breadsticks or anything because he always figured out what we needed before we realized it ourselves! Not only were we taken care of fully, but he took care of the MANY other people there tonight as well even when there was a line! This is one of our favorite spots and it’s awesome people like him that keep us coming back!

The interior was a little dirty during my visit which, but I was surprised by the quality of the fast Italian here. There’s a certain restaurant known for its breadsticks, but darned if I didn’t find this Fazoli’s breadsticks to be as good (and maybe even better!) You’re not getting the authentic experience, but you also can’t beat what they serve for the price point. Not sad to have stopped in.

Folks working there hustle hard. Good workers. Got the Italian sub, WAY better than subway, jersey Mike’s, Jimmy John. Had more meat and cheese than bread for a change. Worth stopping for.

This was my first time having Fazoli’s in over 10 yrs and I was really looking forward to trying it again. Sadly, it wasn’t very good. Ordered the baked ziti… wasn’t very much meat sauce on it, (hardly any meat in the actual sauce)… it did have a good amount of cheese but that was the highlight. At least a quarter of the pasta had no sauce on it making it really dry and gross. The bread sticks had a greasy butter taste to them… really disappointed overall!

The cashier responded to my order as if she heard me but didnt ring it up. So only part of my order came out.
The lasagna tasted like any typical canned microwavable pasta sauce. Chicken Alfredo was bland.
Overall very salty. Dining room was cold.
