Holy pallie
The day after the Superbowl, I ordered two plain egg sandwiches. The cashier did a great job with annotating my order. The manager was on the grill. Unfortunately, I received cheese egg sandwiches instead of my request. Next, the manager made me another egg sandwich and removed the cheese from the waste. Finally, the manager served me a fresh egg sandwich and the combination of the mistake. A Lotaburger manager ignored my receipt with his error, does this common event occur with staff? Superbowl season was over and was the harmony a distraction. Who knows?

GREAT place for burgers and fries!! Don’t forget to add the Hatch green Chile to your order. There are breakfast burritos, chili dogs, onion rings and chicken if you don’t feel like having beef. The staff was very polite and courteous.

This is by far my favorite burger shack of all time! If you’ve never tried it you’re missing out. Great staff, cool nostalgic setting/atmosphere. Everything is made to order. Fresh food. Quick service. They have awesome green chili. Easy 9/10 rating.

I’ve been eating at Lottaburger for 50 years, never gotten sick…until today. Returning to New Mexico for a visit, always get a Lottaburger. Stopped at the Farmington store. With Blake’s the service is never great and the atmosphere is functional, but the food makes up for it. Got my usual Lottaburger with cheese and green chili. 90 minutes later on the road… violently ill. I’ll probably give Lottaburger another try someday, but not this store.

This was our “go-to” spot…. I called in an order over the phone and paid. When my son went to pick it up they charged him for an entire new order. When I went to get either my refund or the extra food input purchased they said “they had no over the phone orders” …. When I showed them my card statement with Blake’s for the amount I paid for the burrito for that exact day, literally my only charge… They say “oh yeah, you see that? It says “pending” which means it hasn’t gone through.” ….. Like I’m the idiot. Anyways, I let Blake’s corporate know and I disputed the charge with my back and received the petty amount back. So yeah, Bye bye Blake’s on 20th …..never again.
