BAD EXPERIENCE .. Look at the Large fries I ordered.. + I waited extra 5 minute for my drink . And coffee.. The lady in that picture .. and another young lady.. I FELT LIKE I WAS DISCRIMINATED… With these ladies working.. this place don’t deserve a start… !!!!!

Seems to be more and more run down every year when we visit. Most of the order boards are missing from the stalls and the call buttons are either missing or not working. Have visited twice this trip and they haven’t been able to get the order right either time. Definitely won’t be back.

The sign across from me was bent up and broken and my sign was weirdly dirty. They brought it out without ketchup and the burger was smashed literally and it didn’t look anything like the picture. There was only one person working there and she was nice but it was clear she was overwhelmed. I thought the meal felt extremely light for $14. Maybe I’m expecting too much.

I was 1 of 2 cars today and it still took at least 25 minutes to get my order (1 burrito, tots and 2 coffees) then it was made completely wrong. I finally went inside to get it because it was taking so long and was told they would bring it out to me even though I watched the cook put it in the window 5 minutes prior to someone coming up to talk to me at the counter. Took another 5 minutes or so for them to bring it out. Why wasn’t I just handed my order? Just follow the recipe, consistency is key in any restaurant. Disappointing as usual for this location.

Placed an order in the app, went to the location and checked in to a stall. Was told by the screen that an employee was on their way with my order. I waited 15 min but saw no one. I decided to push the button on the screen for help, no one answered for another 10 min. Finally got someone, idk what happened if either my order was given to someone else or if it was lost/forgotten. Took them another 10 mins to make my order, I get home and am halfway with my burger when I take a bite and see blue plastic inside. I don’t live in camp verde but would like a refund on the burger at least. Haven’t been to a Sonics in awhile, think I’ll keep it that way

Not a bad spot. Food was good but took a little while. Initially looks clean but don’t look really hard. Easy to notice the ketchup and sauce stains at the base of the seats. Looks as if no one cares enough to really clean the place. Also note it’s not often, if ever, I’ve seen a dine in sonic, but this was definitely my first time stopping in one. Customer service was decent, but I noticed 4 employees on their phone while waiting on my order and when it came up, they forgot my drink and when I inquired, they questioned me and went back through their kiosk to verify my claim. In the end, they realized they were wrong and gave me the drink I paid for. The biggest inconvenience was the kids/high school baseball team being obnoxiously loud, dramatic, and jumping off seats and tables. Overall, it’s a decent place to dine.

I walked in to get an Ice cream or shake and was ignored while drive through order were a priority by the 4 persons working. One young lady stood in front of me while I guess locking out of the register, telling the others she was leaving then walked around checking things with the others. I stood there at least 10 min. I finally left even after telling a young man I just wanted a shake. He said he would be right with me and kept restocking things and filling other orders that were waiting for food to be cooked. I was the only person standing there waiting to order!!

Haley was so considerate polite caring when I had no cash and my cards would not swipe. Unfortunately the restaurant doesn’t take TAP and that’s how I live now lol
During a second visit Adrionna was friendly sweet and got my order right and fast!!
