Very good quality pizza. Fast and very efficient! I like that I can see my order through the whole process every step of the way. And great prices too. Parmesan stuffed crust is where it’s at! Only reason I gave it 3 stars for atmosphere was because it’s in Elma. Almost as bad as Aberdeen.

12″ Medium? These “medium” pizzas just seemed way smaller than usual. This location has been disappointing several times now, so I got petty and measured them.. yep they’re small. Also, please learn how to cut all the way through a pizza! I probably won’t be ordering here again, but I’m sure everyone else will appreciate a pizza that doesn’t self destruct when you try grabbing a slice.

I truly enjoy this place. Every week, my son and I go swimming at the YMCA, and afterward, we always pick up a pizza. By the time we arrive, our order is ready, and the staff greets us warmly. The food is consistently excellent.

I ordered two large pizzas. One regular crust with pepperoni and half black olives and half mushroom. The other one New York crust pepperoni with half black olives and half pineapple. I got two New York crust both half black olives and half pineapple. I called and they said they would make it right and send the correct one. They sent a medium stuffed crust pepperoni with half black olives and half mushrooms. I spent $50 bucks and did not get what i ordered. Although I was happy they gave me a free pizza it still wasn’t what I ordered. I am really tired of being disappointed in this place. I will not be ordering from here again. From now on I will just get Papa Murphys… they never screw it up.

I wanted a large pizza with stuffed crust, they kindly told me that largest they could do was a medium sized, for stuffed crust. So I asked for thick crust instead, even with a hand gesture that implied thick crust. But they gave me a pizza with thin crust. I held my tongue, but I was disappointed, cuz I was really craving a thick crust pizza. I ordered a large pizza that was half and half. If they couldn’t do a thick crust with this kind of pizza, I don’t believe I was told so.

The manager and her staff are really quite rude. The person that took my order didn’t know the difference between an onion and a pepper, yet the manager said she was extremely intelligent. I won’t be returning to Domino’s. Papa Murphys are better anyway. Will be sharing with my friends about my disappointment as well. Oh, and always pay cash. If you ask for a refund, if you pay with a debit, it’s at least a week for a refund.

Typically the food here is great but tonight our pizza was soggy and we were delivered orange old looking salad that I wouldn’t even try to eat. We called the store to complain and they were very rude on the phone saying well what is the expiration and I’ve been delivering salads all day. The customer service and how the complaint was handled was really unprofessional. I am not happy with their recovery service and I won’t be ordering again for a long time.

Frustrating experience. I order dinner for my family. Requested for it to be drive thru pickup.
My phone notifies me that the order is ready for pick up. I drive into the drive thru. .. not a single employee comes to the window. Made eye contact with 3 people. No one comes. Waited for 10 minutes.
I finally, out of frustration, drive to park and go inside. For them to tell me my order isn’t even ready.
Don’t understand why drive thru pick up is an option if no one comes to the window.

Really using old dough and serving it? Our pizza tastes like it’s sour called had it re made and guess what it’s the same nasty taste as the first one. Thanks for ruining dinner for us!
