When I came on friday night to McDonalds in the drive through the night shifts employees dont know nothing how to take the stupid order they always tell me to wait for the coffee and it takes forever and ever I dont have time to wait for the coffee and the food is always cold fries cheeseburger chicken nuggets and chicken sandwich too! McDonald’s has bad foods and service get better employees working that knows how to take the order. ☕️

Not only does their make rib and chicken sandwiches come out cold and when you try to resolve the issue, they give you a big attitude, but when lobby closed, they refuse service to many people they still refuse to serve motorcycles through the drive-through when it’s in the name drive-through I am driving through with my motorcycle, gonna order something to eat. This McDonald’s is trash. Their employees are trash, especially the night shift.

I just want to jump on these reviews to acknowledge the two morning ladies that are at windows 1 and 2. They’ve been there for years and they are the best! They always remember the things we like and always have on a smile. They are super nice to our kids. Brings out the “community feel”. We need more of this.
As far as the food goes, I just go to McDonald’s for breakfast and it’s usually a coffee and egg McMuffin at most when I didn’t have time to cook my breakfast. Eating more at home to eat healthier. Coman en casa mi gente y dejen la negatividad. God bless peeps!

Came here on a Friday what a mess this McDonald, the register they have one and the customer service is lousy, it’s like the have people working but just for a pay check . So I had to use the kiosk, and the tables dirty, need a better crew the franchise owner just looks at what money his making poor management. And it took me a few minutes to get my food .

I took some pictures but I don’t see a way to upload it. Get in and eat, is impossible. Everything is dirty, there was not only one table clean. They took forever to get the orden because they received a visit, and all of then stop to pay attention to the visit. And you know, me and my son with the mouth close to avoid be treated worse. On Sunday the 9th, between 8:30 and 9:30, I went to eat with my baby and approached the counter to politely ask them to exchange a soft drink because it tasted bad. They took a long time because they were chatting among themselves and with another guy who didn’t work there. My surprise was even greater when I turned around and saw that the two employees were touching that guy’s feet right there at the counter, disgusting!!!

Horrible
Im a regular customer at this specific location, and I have never experienced something like this before. But I couldn’t leave this situation just like that, Im extremely disgusted and upset at the fact that I found a nail ( chewed up to be exact ) inside my moms caramel frappe. This shouldnt be allowed, the fact that the employee that dropped a nail no one noticed and continue to served the frappe shows how unsanitary it is to eat here. Im very upset, frappes have gone up in price ( which is fine, since everything else has ) but its very unfair to pay the current price and find a nail in the drink. I really hope this gets taken care of because no customer should have to experience this at all. This experience had made me rethink of ever coming back.

Service was “extremely” slow and food was cold. The worst part was, the drive thru was empty, so we didnt really understand why it took so long. Fries and burgers were not hot at all. Won’t be going back to this location.
