We tried Peruvian food for the first time and were very impressed how delicious it was. Service was great. Anthony our waiter was very nice. He explained and recommended different authentic dishes. Beer and cocktails were great. I highly recommend this place. We’ll definitely come back again.

The owner, staff, and the bar tender were so nice. They gave us amazing recommendations. The Pisco drinks were unique and delicious.
My favorite was this tower with octopus and avocado. It was one of the best things I have ever eaten. Hopefully the chef makes it a permanent item.

The food was amazing I had the Risotto con Lomo Saltado. The risotto was creamy and cheesy just perfect. The steak was very tendor cut with a butter knife and the flavor were to die for. Wife had the Arroz con Marisco also wonderful and filled with seafood. Every bite had seafood. Atmosphere is upscale. Definitely will return.

We ordered Pollo a la brasa for pick up. When we got there, the waitress gave us our closed bag but did not check the order again before handing it over. Once at home, we opened the bag and found out they didn’t give us the drink we ordered, and they only gave us one set of sauces even though we asked for two. Also, we asked for 2 breast pieces but they gave us 1 breast and 1 leg. We would have appreciated to be told that when we got the order. In terms of flavor, the chicken was not flavored in the authentic Peruvian style, you could tell is the same style you can get from any wings/burger place. It was a really disappointing experience.

Undoubtedly the best Peruvian restaurant in southern PA. Aesthetic vibes, amazing food & over the top excellent service. Ask for Oscar when you go he was great server & went beyond our expectations. Parking is always terrible in old city but the overall experience of this restaurant I can say that the 5 starts doesn’t do it justice.

Our visit was March 7, 2024
Food and service were excellent. All of our meals arrived quickly and at the appropriate temperature. The flavor and seasonings were perfect.
We had a reservation which was very important. There did seem to be open seating at the full service bar.
Most items were gluten free.
All of the staff were very attentive and friendly. My only suggestion would be to keep the restrooms a bit more tidy.
The flan was perfect!

I love this place!! We found it years ago while visiting the museums and we keep going back whenever we get a chance! This place has the best ceviche in PA – maybe in NJ. We have come here with the family, brought friends, and on date nights. Tonight Andres helped us with trying new menu items (I recommend to always ask about specials). Definitely worth a visit. Vista Peru will not disappoint:)

Everything about this place is amazing — the food, the service, the drinks. You could taste how fresh the seafood was. We went on a night where there was a dj spinning relaxing tunes. It was perfect. I can’t wait to go back.
