This is the slowest drive thru ever. Go to any neighboring locations and you’ll be out 5x as fast. There’s always something random going on at this location whether it be a late open or early close. Today I ordered to pickup in store and the doors were locked. The employees appeared to be in a meeting. Maybe let someone else leave the meeting to help.

Waited 10 minutes in the drive through and kept seeing people pull off.We finally get to the menu to order and someone advised us they would be with us shortly which is no big deal but we waited a few more minutes and they advised us before ordering it would be a 20 minute wait for a drink so we also pulled off like the others ahead of us. They could have told us that right away when they said they would be with us shortly but instead we were forced to sit and wait even long. Not sure what the inside line looked like but the outside line had 2 cars waiting after ordering so 20 minute wait for coffee is crazy and by other reviews looks looks a common problem.

This is the slowest Starbucks in the state of North Carolina. It gets me time and time again. 5 cars in the drive thru and I’ve waited 45 minutes already and there are still 2 cars in front of me. Are these people ordering steak!? No. Coffee. I could have drove to another Starbucks 20 minutes down the road and it would have been faster. Heck I could have walked there.

Terrible Starbucks charges sky high prices, but would be justified if the service was there to match and the cleanliness of the store. None of these were true for this store. No politeness no thank yous nothing. Just long faces showing they hate to work. If you want to raise your prices then raise your standards. This place was filthy and they closed at 6:45 pm on a Friday night. Not sure. Why if the stores don’t even clean? Drive through took forever 3 cars in front of me and it took them 15 minutes. Only reason I gave the food 3 stars is because it’s Starbucks quality but it wasn’t made well.

Spacious Starbucks located just outside Concord Mall in Concord, SC. Plenty of indoor seating makes it a comfortable place to work or catch up with friends. There’s also outdoor seating if you prefer to enjoy your drink in the fresh air. The drive-thru is efficient and convenient for a quick stop. Clean, friendly staff, and a reliable Starbucks experience every time.

This morning, I watched some of the hardest working people do their best to fulfill countless orders coming through the drive-through, walk-in, DoorDash, etc. The team’s work ethic, collaboration, communication, skills, and teamwork was incredible. That being said, It took 30 minutes for my coffee to get to me. This is not a lack of effort on the team, But is due to understaffing during the morning rush. I hope the management team will see this and improve the working conditions for their Incredibly hard-working staff.

The sugar cookie frap was good. The sugar cookie protein drink was good but you could taste the whey. It was not mixed well

I generally try to avoid leaving negative reviews, but after giving this location multiple ‘second chances,’ I’ve reached my limit. Despite its convenient location, the service is consistently unreliable. The breaking point was this past Saturday: I was quoted a 45-minute wait despite the cafe being nearly empty. Between the excessive wait times and the coffee being burnt about 50% of the time, the convenience is no longer worth the frustration. I’ll gladly drive the extra 6 miles to the other store where the staff is professional and the quality is consistent!

I’m not sure what happened to this store but stay away.the wait it too long even if you mobile order. The workers do not care and will literally ignore you. The drinks are hardly ever correct and if you ask them to remake it they catch attitude. If you want your drinks correct i suggest the starbucks in locust.

Went to the drive-thru around 6:30 thinking Starbucks was open. We waited about 5 minutes and asked if anyone was there three different times. No response. We drove to the front and the place was completely dark—no workers, lights off, and the parking lot was empty. Super confusing and honestly frustrating. I’d recommend finding a better coffee spot than this starbucks.
