⭐ 3.5 stars for food, 1 star for atmosphere, 3 stars for service.

We drove all the way from Eureka Springs specifically to try the new Red Chimichurri innovation and a Carne Asada bowl—but unfortunately, both were sold out. Instead, we ordered two carnitas bowls and even had to wait while white rice was being made. The food itself was decent (3.5/5), but not worth the long trip and price for the overall experience.

The restaurant atmosphere was extremely disappointing. The bathrooms were locked from the outside (unclear why), the outdoor seating area was messy with trash and napkins on the ground, and the parking lot had trash scattered—including where we parked, literally over garbage. We even noticed commercial kitchen equipment left outside by the back door, next to trash piles, which did not give a welcoming or clean impression. Inside seating was somewhat better, but still not spotless.

Service was average—staff got the job done but nothing above or beyond.

Accessibility is another issue: getting into this location from the road is tricky depending on which direction you’re coming from.

Overall, this was not a comfortable or fair experience for the distance we drove or the money we spent. Hopefully management takes note and improves cleanliness and availability so that future guests have a better visit.

Unless you’re placing your order in person and watch them make the item- they will mess up your order. I would say 6 out of every 10 orders they will mess it up. I door dashed a bowl and received 2 tacos. They’re just not paying attention because the ticket on the bag clearly says CAP Bowl.

Portions are small amd overpriced, guacamole was brown, I gave them the look like that one dude said the one time to see if they’d give me extra and they just thought I was weird lol. Service was decent but the biggest gripe is restaurant is super dirty every single table was dirty and we had to clean our own to sit down and eat

The portions are smaller and smaller depending on who’s working. Chicken ends up burnt or over seasoned all the time. I don’t even know what the mystery splatter in the tray is. Had to ask for the three small cups as they were not included but paid for.

Must be understaffed and undertrained with poor management…

Traveling through and stopped at a chain we like. Every lemonade was empty at 8:30 pm. The employee said it was too close to closing to refill the lemonades (11:00 pm.) Never heard of that 2.5 hours to closing. Employee had no idea what to do when I said gluten allergy. Employees were unable to keep up with the dining room or restroom, as the tables and floor were dirty. The restroom smelled bad and was not clean.
No friendliness. General attitude was apathy.

If this was my only Chipotle experience, I would never, ever return.

At 11:30am on a Monday (11/10/25) there was one line person, and a cashier. I was number 16 in line to order.

No pico de gallo. No corn. No barbacoa, or just the dregs of it. The employees were totally stressed, and the “manager” had not yet arrived.

At the register (at 11:50) I asked for the manager. He was just clocking in, and I told him my concerns. Of how his employees were left to give sad responses for being out of common items. He said (at almost NOON) “I’m working on it”

Demote him to prep. Make him arrive at 7am. Find another manager. Your store is a mess, and customers are Angry.

In fifteen years, my worst chipotle experience ever. Shameful.

As I left, there were 21 people in line, still one only line person and the “working on it” manager was nowhere to be seen.

I eat chipotle 4x to 5x a week and this place has consistency been going down hill… The last 3 orders here the food has been completely uneditable by being saturated in salt. Such a waste when you’re spending $20 each time here. Slowly been moving to Panda Express to get the protein and carbs I need.

I placed an order through the Chipotle app, but it came out wrong. When I showed the manager, David, he refused to honor what I ordered, stating that the app issue was “not his problem” and instructing me to just call a number. His response was unprofessional and dismissive, and to make matters worse, my bowl was only half full. For a small $2.75 difference, this could have been easily resolved on the spot, but instead I left with a poor experience. A few months ago, I had a similar issue at another Chipotle, and the manager there resolved it without hesitation. Unfortunately, this location clearly does not value customer service. Fortunately, corporate customer service was able to resolve the issue right away.

So for today, everything was mediocre. I’ve been to this location before and had a great experience, today, not so much. I think they were really shorthanded. Food prep area was messy, tables to sit at weren’t cleaned. The food bins were empty and no one was refilling. And for today, my chicken bowl was just okay – kind of bland. I will go back, but today was not 5 star for sure.

My wife and I used to love going to Chipotle, but this location has completely changed our minds. The restaurant was messy, and when I arrived 10 minutes after my quoted pickup time, my to-go order hadn’t even been started.

They were out of several items, including guacamole, which we were still charged for twice. The vegetables were not fresh, the food was poorly seasoned, and portions continue to get smaller each visit.

Despite there being only two people in line, I waited an additional 40 minutes for my order after arriving. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. We will not be returning—at least not to this location.
