We were very pleased with our food and service! We have been here a few times and will definitely be back! We usually go for a burger and fry and it never disappoints! Our drinks are also never empty (i had a full drink outside the picture), our server didn’t ask just brought them.

Yesterday, I took my family to Chilis in Mishawaka for dinner. I have not been here in 19 years (since I was 8) so I was not sure what to expect. We had the most amazing server, her name is KK. She was so happy, a pleasure to talk to, and was very attentive – even though she had other tables she always looked out for my table. The food was amazing, we had the ribs, mashed potatoes and fries. It was the best food I have had in a long time! KK was sooo sweet, so on our $89 bill, I gave her a $40 tip! I hope Corporate sees this review, and realize you have an ASSET working in this restaurant. She deserves a huge raise, bonus or some type of appreciation. I noticed she was treating all of her guests this way – caring, attentive, listened and absolutely the IDEAL PERFECT SERVER!!

It’s a Chili’s ♂️ Decent menu, although terribly overpriced. The atmosphere is comfortable, and the staff tend to be friendly. They’re usually not terribly busy on weekdays, but weekend evenings can be crowded and you’ll often have to wait for a seat. There have been a few times where they were not at all busy, had many open tables, and I still had to wait about 15 minutes for a table to open up on the one side of the restaurant they were using.

This place is a ‘few roads’ away from the interstate and thank God for the Google street view to direct us here – it made it so much easier, as we were so hungry travelling from DC to Akron and then further west.
A big thank you to one of the most amazing waitresses I came across in these parts (the young lady with tight jeans and fashionable blonde hair cut) who was not only very chatty and easy going but also was able to bring everything I like part of the Smokehouse combo.
A great asset to this place.

Girl at front made a big deal about me being singular and not wanting to sit at the bar area. This is customer discrimination. I refused to sit at the bar area because I never get decent service at restaurants in that area. She became a drama queen and complained about having to clean a table off for me. There were probably 30 empty tables i saw in the restaurant. I left. I refuse to spend money at an establishment that makes me feel unwelcome immediately upon entering.

I ordered online for pickup. The food was ready when I arrived, and it was still hot when I returned home.
Unfortunately, one family member ate half of a chicken strip before discovering it was raw in the middle (pink and rubbery) and another family member’s dipping sauce had something large floating in it. We won’t be back due to food safety concerns.

Austin was out server and he was fast, approachable, kind, and positive! This young man loved his job and we loved to see him love his job. The restaurant was clean and good music choice. Food was hot and tasty, margaritas were FIRE! Thank you Austin for great customer service and an even better attitude

Sometimes we come here and the food is delicious. My kids love the pepperoni pizza, quesadillas and french fries. I love the bacon avocado grilled chicken sandwich and quesadilla explosion. I’ve also really loved their potato soup but recently on 12/26/2022 we came and the food was not great that night. The potato soup was not hot. My burger was not good and my husband’s pasta was dry and he said it needed more sauce. Perhaps our food was left on the warmer too long or they had a different cook that night. I don’t know but it wasnt its usual great quality. We will still give it another chance but we don’t recommend the burgers or pasta. Next time i hope their potato soup is hot.
