Even though business hours are listed as the dining room being open at 6:00am, the doors were locked at 6:20am. I think my favorite part is there was even an employee sitting at the window near the door (see picture), and she did nothing. Sad. Went across the street to McDonalds for breakfast instead.

The customer service environment in this establishment was rude and unprofessional. The woman who prepared my order did not inform me it was ready, then got an attitude with me as I was waiting. I provided 4 stars for food because my order was correct and served quickly. If the customer service in this store improves, then my experience would be a lot better.

I purchased an apple pecan salad at the drive through at the Wendy’s on Elmsley Drive in Greensboro. When I got home, my salad was missing the candied pecans and the apples on the salad were all brown. When I called the store, I was told they would replace it if I came back. That would have required a 30 minute round trip. I feel if the quality of food served did not meet or exceed Wendy’s standards. My salad should be replaced without having to drive back. I will not go back to this location again. Poor customer service and low standards for food quality!

While the employees were friendly the restaurant kitchen and bathrooms were disgusting. Toilet paper dispenser broken, hand towel dispenser broken. Waited much longer as we were told they ran out of food but that ours would be fresh. Received burgers that appeared to have been left under a heat lamp. Asked for extra ketchup and the packets were stuck together and mostly unusable. Do not recommend.

If I was writing a novel about “Wendy’s”, it would be called “45 minute wait but I still gave them five stars”.
Around 4:15 p.m., my Wendy’s coupon and I decided to go to Wendy’s. I walk inside the restaurant and think nothing about it. While I waited to placed my order, I noticed the speed of pace behind their counter.
When people was coming from left to right at the drive thru and at the counter, I felt like I was in the middle of a big thunderstorm.
We have door dash people coming in and regular customer coming in while the drive thru was packed. It was chaos. I was still waiting for my food.
So I waited and waited and waited and waited for a whole 45 minute but I remain calm because I understood their situation.
After being waiting for 45 minute without complaining, they were very care enough to up size my meal and gave me a free nuggets.
Even though my comment about Wendy’s wasn’t a novel, I really appreciate the thought and the offer. #5stars

I just ordered food from here it was horrible it was cold and the fries tasted like they had been sitting for some time nothing was hot and fresh like I’m use to at Wendy’s!!! I was so disappointed being that Wendy’s is one of my favorite fast food restaurants total waste of my money!!!

I had never been to this particular Wendy’s until this evening. My first impression of this place for me was how busy it was compared to the other restaurants around it. Having never been in this area I decided to go with popular opinion and I wasn’t disappointed. The employees were polite and the order was right so no problems there. Double Stacks were on sale for a dollar (excellent deal as they are 1/4 lbs I believe) and so it turned out to be an extremely good value as well. Overall a very solid experience at this location.

This is my first review ever! After placing my order. I pulled up to first window to make payment .the young man with pony tail told me the amount. I handed him my card for the payment. He sucked is teeth and snatched the card out my hand? Why? Then drove down to 2nd window. The heavy set dark skin girl started handing my drinks. I politely asked for a drink carrier, keeping in mind what just happened. She handed all my drinks first then forcefully handed drink carrier. Why? Then she said ” Sir, I Need To Pull You down!” Then she closed the window. I tapped on window. She open the window and said What! I immediately apologized if I had done anything to her to garner this level of rudeness! I asked what did that statement mean? She said “What Do You Think!” Then she said drive down to door. I pulled to the door and waited. A different young lady came out with bags. As she approached my vehicle she looked in the bags and handed them to. After reviewing what had just transpired. I trashed the food and kept the drinks. I’m done with Wendy’s!
