I was given the wrong order through the drive-thru. After I drove back for them to correct my order, the manager was guarding the door and texting, not allowing anyone in 5 mins till 10pm. When told we had an incorrect order and simply wanted it remade, she said we had to go through the drive-thru again despite there already being a line. From personal experience in working retail, she could have handled that situation better, especially considering we weren’t being rude and just wanted what we paid for (the order on the receipt was correct). If you don’t like where you work, change jobs.
The fact that they purposefully lessened the portions on purpose because we wanted our wrong order made correctly – wow. Don’t even bother stopping by. They have a low rating for a reason.

The amount of homeless men in this facility is more than I have ever seen. Sleeping, charging their phones, constant in and out of the bathroom is stunning. The body smell is overwhelming. Seems unhealthy and not safe.

Unbearable wait! Slowest Taco Bell so far and I have been eating Taco Bell for 60 years! 30 minute wait inside. Why isn’t this placed closed? Has nobody in corporate read these reviews? I have never seen so many one star reviews anywhere ever! Not even our crappy new Chinese buffet!
Update: I made the mistake of coming here again ( maybe I should read my own reviews)! This time the food was fast and they were very generous with the lettuce, I got a whole head in my taco! Oh and a teaspoon of meat. My 5 layer burrito had a whole can of beans and a teaspoon of meat! The diet Pepsi taste like crap and the girl at the window never said hello, goodbye, thank you or anything else. No smile either. This was today at 1:19pm, the cashier was Ashley H. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Won’t happen again!
Shut this place down or at least retrain or fire the crew.

Food wasn’t bad…service was ok…But the temperature inside the dining area is way too cold to be comfortable. I am hot natured and keep my thermostat to the point where it freezes most people but this place is like a meat locker. I was told this is some to keep the dining area free of people and to make sure that those who do dine eat eat and leave quickly.

Bryson, the store manager, clearly cares about this store and how customers are treated. It’s nice to finally have a place in Varnell/Cohutta where it’s not only clean but they also care about customer service. We have already spent way too much money here but great job Bryson. Keep it up even after the newness wears off! Thank you for fixing the issue we had with my card/payment and going above and beyond. Also, shout out to the staff for all smiling and being happy. That’s so rare in fast food industry and it made me day.
