I went to the heat location to order dinner and was getting the same thing that I got the time before and only this time the guy that was taking my order tells me that I can’t get what I’m asking for because there’s no button to change the type of shell and instead of just asking someone how to do it he told me that I’m simply going to have to order what he tells me to order and then I’ll have to remove the stuff on it and add the stuff that’s on the other one that I wanted. He stood there for 10 minutes taking off and putting on instead of simply asking someone how to change the type of shell that the taco came with do another type of shell. I know that they can do it because I was in here not too long ago and they did it with no problem whatsoever. So I paid about $11 more than I needed to because of it. They need to be training there people better if one person knows how to do something with absolute ease and the next person has no idea how to switch a taco shell but he knows how to remove all kinds of stuff and add all kinds of other stuff. Ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous. From now on I will just go to 21st Street where I never have problems. From what I hear they have a lot of issues at that location there and eat so I guess I should have thought twice before going there but I wasn’t expecting someone to tell me that they don’t know how to do something that someone else did a few days ago. They also forgot my potatoes that I ordered. I ordered potatoes with no sour cream a little extra nacho cheese and they actually charged me to take off the sour cream and add more nacho cheese. Then turned around and forgot them all together!!! Guess I’ll just call the 800 number tomorrow and let them deal with it!

Rude employees all around, female drive thru worker ‘Jasmine as’ did not sound sober and slowly took the order. Zero effort into making the food, three cheese was NOT grilled/steamed onto the tacos. Called the store got hung up on by who I was told ‘Jordan’ proceeded to be snarky when I called back. Terrible service.

I placed my order and drove to get. I stopped to get gas which made the trip there about 40ish minutes and when I got there to pick up my food they said it would be about 15 more minutes. The employees were standing there talking about drama and moving very slow as if they didnt care. I also heard an employee say if anyone tells them whay to do they will move even slower. Overall very bad experience here.

Every time I order online I ask for extra spicy ranch on the cheesy gordita crunch, and it’s never on there. Today I decided to just order it regular.. still no spicy ranch. Not too upset bc it’s okay, i’m still gonna eat it, but kinda disappointed im spending extra for something to not get it at all.

Absolutely horrible experience with Taco Bell in Heath, Ohio. I asked for a Cantina Chicken bowl and 1 Baja blast zero sugar. (I am very active so I don’t drink sugary drinks) The customer service was non existent!!!! Employees need to have proper customer service! Your job is to serve me! I am the customer! I AM ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!!!!! I got my food and drove all the way home. They didn’t put a fork in the bag……….. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!! Had to waste my power bowl…… I will be calling the corporate office about my horrible experience!!!!! ITS NOT HARD TO PUT A FORK IN THE BAG!!!!!!!! TACO BELL, DO BETTER!!!!!!

Food is well made but slower than other fast food restaurants when busy in my experience. Inside was closed early and I waited 15+ minutes in the drive-thru without the line moving before I gave up, a couple of similar but less severe experiences in the past.

Just got a Mexican pizza. When I bit into it, it was so bitter and rancid I couldn’t take another bite. It tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed in months. The manager went to check the sheet and the employees are initialing that they are cleaning and changing it but they have to be lying. It was so gross, I threw the whole thing away and called the Health Department after hanging up with the manager. I’m supposed to go back in a couple hours to get a replacement and I will be checking this one at the counter. Lazy employees are going to make people sick!! Hopefully they really change the oil as i instructed before they serve anyone else that stale rancid nasty oil.

I go to a lot of Taco Bell restaurants. I was surprised at the service and food. Staff are usually the best in my fast food experiences. Very long wait. Tacos were not as good as usual. Fries were excellent. I was early in a.m. maybe that is why things were not ready. No thank you for coming. Usually a better Taco Bell experience. Drive thru used
