Waited in the drive thru with one car in front of us the entire time, just for the food to be cold and terribly put together. I ordered no ranch on my burrito but it had ranch in it. We ordered Sprite but they gave us Coca-Cola, and the quesadilla was depressing. As a previous taco time employee, I am disappointed I might try again in the future since it’s closer to my home, but the SLC taco time is a thousand times better LOL.

I have been coming here for quite a while. In fact I was surprised I didn’t put a lot of good comments here. However I’m very disappointed. There’s a bunch of kids that came in and they were being rowdy. No parents there to watch them. There’s only a part of video on here hopefully you got camera on the rest. They were asking for free food swearing and playing with your soda machines asking for water and they got soda. This happened at 4:00 p.m. February 21st 26. I asked the employees to please take care of this issue because of the atmosphere dining has changed and got negative and rowdy. I let the employees know that they were stealing soda and there was issues becoming out of hand. They didn’t seem to care and didn’t mind to let the kids steal the soda or be rowdy. I let your employees know I’m not coming back and I do not like this kind of dining experience ever. Anybody in their right mind wouldn’t either. It disgust me to the core. I have enjoyed my experiences but if you can’t get the rowdiness out and freeloaders I am not coming back. I am reaching out to corporate. I’m going to pursue this. This is untolerable and unacceptable.
A week later they were able to call me and take care of this issue and they’re very aware of these kids. I appreciate them reaching out and talking with me with this issue. So now my review is up with them and I never had a problem with the location or the employees it’s just I think they were a little nervous about the situation and not sure what to do. Everything is taken care of and they’re on top of it now and again I appreciate corporate/management reaching out to me thank you so much this means a lot.

This place is a great fast food stop. We found the restaurant great for food and very affordable for a large group of people. I particularly like the crispy burritos that are like really big taquitos. We’ll go back if we get the chance!

Ok, taco time is one of my favorite places. Been a Utah staple for as long as I remember. I think my first food was their legendary crisp meat burrito with a side of the epic mexi fries. Never disappoints and always good food no matter when one visits .

In any other fast food place Taco Salad is a mean meal, not here. It’s about 1 1/2 inches tall ( normal Taco Salad shell is about 4 inches tall shell) it’s also the smallest Taco Salad I have ever had. This is NOT a meal is a snack. Do not waste ur $6-8 on this crap, the picture is nothing what the actual Salad looks like.

I was so excited for taco time tonight, and especially the stuff mexi fries. Of course that is what I really wanted, and I got home and the order was wrong and no stuffed mexi fries. We drove 20 minutes to get there and get back home to this This is the best taco time though!! Huge bummer!

I went through the drive through and ordered 6 tacos. I asked for original and green packs. I was met at the windows by a woman chewing food in her mouth while talking to me. I called and talked to the supervisor and was only told I’m sorry. I’ve always loved this place but have had bad experiences lately

Clean, tasty, fair pricing and epic employees. This IS one of the best quick service Mexican restaurants I have ever visited. The employees made me feel right at home! I love this place and will come back again and again!

Kudos to you. We got soft burritos and nacho on 10/6 and we were so impressed with the amount of meat in both. I actually was ok paying for these where in the past have felt overcharged. Please don’t change the amount of the meat because we will definitely keep returning. Again kudos to you.

I don’t have enough bad to say about the service we received from the manager of this store, Cambria. She is extremely rude and actually accused us of lying when we called about an incorrect order we received. We are disgusted by the poor customer service and will not return. If I could give lower than a one star, I would.
