I personally don’t eat fast food but I was picking some up for my family, the white boy (I didn’t get his name) who was working the POS system and brought my food out at 10:07 pm today is clearly a hard worker. You guys seem understaffed and he was so fast and making sure everyone got attention. Place has bad reviews but he’s a hard worker and I want McDonalds to give him the recognition he deserves. I will be coming back again just for his name . Give that man a raise!!! He the HNIC

This particular McDonald’s was excellent. The young lady that took my order actually said THANK YOU …. something we never hear now days when going thru the drive thru. I asked to speak with the manager quickly to let him know what great customer service she gave.

Placed a mobile order to get my food and go 1 quarter pounder plain no cheese only onions and ketchup they put pickles and no onion on the sandwich also had two mcrispy chicken sandwiches so 3 items in total I was told to park and waited about 5 minutes LOL. I order my food ahead so I don’t have to wait and honestly the mix up on the pickles? Really? It says it on the big sticker on the box what was taken off and left on big bolded letters I don’t understand how that happened. 2 stars for the food down to 1 for being parked on a mobile order food should be ready before I arrive.

Ordered the new Big Arch burger. Asked for extra crispy onions as well as extra pickles. Burger came with hardly any of either and on top of that the bun was so stale and hard that every time I took a bite everything tried to squeeze out onto my lap. This burger is advertised with white American cheese and mine came with yellow. Disappointed to say the least.

This is a great example of how a McDonald’s should be. The service was excellent, the food was good, and the tables and the restrooms were clean. We have a brand new McDonalds within walking distance of our home, on Pat Tillman, that is horrible. They could learn a few things from this location.

I stopped by McDonald’s tonight and had a great experience! My fries were hot, crispy, and fresh—just how they should be. Went through drive thru and got parked. There was another car waiting, and the passenger finally got out and went in to get their food. We waited 15 minutes outside and our food was never brought out. Went inside, my number was cleared from their screen And the food was just sitting on the counter. Asked why it was just sitting there and the two employees in front just shrugged their shoulders and said they didn’t know. Worst customer service at this store.

Not the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had (that’s the one who didn’t put meat on a burger and then argued about it), but close. Place is disgusting with spills on tables and trash left around. Bad smell inside. Ordered food, took 15 minutes to get it. Other people walked up and a kid stood at the counter on his phone with his headphones in and ignored them. Looked up, saw them, turned around and told the other people working “I’m on break”, and went back to his phone. Never acknowledged the customers. Food was cold, and they built our Big Macs wrong. I had to reassemble my burger myself. Corporate should probably step in and close this place down, it’s horrible.
