I had the Catfish and Shrimp platter. The fish seemed fresh, not frozen to me. It was juicy and delicious. The shrimp was pleasing as well. The Fish and Chips meal was missing today due to an outage I was told. I asked if there was a side salad to add to the meal. The Food Server said, “No, sorry. We do have the salad buffet and it’s unlimited, but that is $6.99 in addition to your meal.” I walked by the salad bar, it looked good but I declined due to the lack of a discount when added to a meal as a side. Given the high prices in general, I thought $3.50 might have been more realistic for a side salad.

The service was friendly, but slow. The wait to speak to a server was about ten minutes. The food came out quick, but wasn’t cooked as well as friend food typically is; still good tasting though.

With a side salad, this would have been a $35 meal.

Pretty steep in my opinion. Won’t be returning until the prices are more realistic. Interesting sidebar, I asked the food server if she had ever enjoyed catching a Catfish. She said she hadn’t and balked that it seemed like a waste of time. Hmm, maybe not in this economy.

Our waitress Phoebe was excellent. She went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend her as your waitress. I will be coming back.

Was greeted by the host who shouted “just a minute!”, then the manager came running out from behind to bar to seat us. She got our drink orders. Ten minutes later and no drinks, a server came to get our food order and drink orders. No plates at the salad bar, very poorly stocked salad bar. Lettuce was brown, along with several other vegetables. I ordered soup, and it had sat under the heat lamp for so long that there was a crust on top of it. Husband ordered sliders, he said they were okay but dry.
The entire two hours in the restaurant (for a “quick” lunch, mind you), the manager was yelling out orders at staff members and cooks. We could hear the cooks cussing from the kitchen. Very wild atmosphere lots of very unhappy guests. There was also a horrible odor, almost like a sewer smell coming from the bathrooms. Another party complained and the manager said “I’ve done all I can do and I don’t have time to fix it, I even got a wax warmer.” The wax warmer was a nice touch to the smell. We did get comped $15 for our “inconvenience”. Very poorly ran restaurant. Could have saved time and money by going to McDonald’s, and probably gotten better food.

I am visiting from out of town and we stopped in on new years eve with my family. Kenyana was our server and she was absolutely wonderful. One of my children is autistic and that can make dining out difficult at times. Kenyana went above and beyond to accommodate his needs. I truly appreciate how understanding and patient she was. Her attentiveness and attention to detail made our dining experience so much better.

Our server was great, the other servers we witnessed were all working their hardest despite being clearly short staffed; and more importantly they were working despite a manager with dangling earrings consistently barking orders. Which ruined the atmosphere.
Shorthanded restaurant do not need to lose more employees due to ineffectual leadership.

The place smelled awful, we had a plug in where we were sitting, Between the stink of the place and the plug in it was not a good aroma to try to eat. Also, When did you start allowing dogs into the establishment? At lunch today2/29/2026. A lady walked in, straight to a table with the dog in her arms. No one questioned her? No vest or clarification that it was a service or a pet. I own 6 dogs so I’m not anti dog! A restaurant should be vigilant about this around food and people with allergies.

A lot has changed since I last went to Ruby Tuesday.

I just got a basic burger. It was okay. About on par with ihop or Denny’s. I miss their old burger, which had the option of upgrading to Angus beef.

I also got the flavored teas. Those weren’t bad. Had to order something to drink since the water in this city tastes terrible or better stated, the taste in the local water is undrinkable.

Service was good, though. Seating was comfortable, and I believe there was wifi. They had some weekly deals and an all-you-can -eat salad bar. I can see myself coming back here to do work while slowly enjoying a meal.

I came in those evening with my little girl after our 1st father daughter dance. We had Ms.Kita as our waitress and she made a perfect ending to our even9mg. She was so sweet and amazing. We definitely loved having her as our server.

Our waitress/host Kita was awesome! So nice and accommodating, not only did she help us with taking our order but she also gave us her favorites on the menu and helped us get exactly what we wanted. The food was great and HOT! Such a great experience.
