This Culver’s is overall really good. I can’t complain! The food was warm, the servers were nice and the restaurant was clean! I gave it 4 stars because the food is very typical and was nothing amazing though the ice cream here is awesome

Curbside pickup sucks! You will wait for about 10 mins after your pick up time indicated on your order. I literally had to go in to collect my food. All the workers are just standing there. It has happens frequently.

Custard! Some of the best and freshest custard in town. Franklin Park is not blessed with good ice cream but this is the place. We always go for the pints. Much better deal.

Food – what beats a butter burger, cheese curds? Service is always fast and friendly. The frozen custard is always on point. Can’t go wrong here. Everything on the menu is very good.

This place really went downhill. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich which was pricey and it had no flavor. The chicken breast was also too thick. McDonald’s used to offer them but doesn’t anymore. They were much better!!! And affordable.

‼️ I used to really like this place because it was always clean and felt well-kept, but unfortunately, that’s not the case anymore. During my most recent visit, I found a roach crawling on one of the tables, which was honestly shocking and really disappointing. I will NOT be eating at that location anymore in hopes that management can fix this problem.
