Absolutely superb sushi. Very friendly service. Many thanks, Tetiana! The atmosphere is like visiting your best friend. Everything is perfect. It’s a shame that it’s located in an inconspicuous place and is a bit cramped. I wish the owners success in developing a large chain. I’m sure it will be successful.

Such a cozy hidden gem in the centre of Edinburgh! It’s not my first time here, and it definitely won’t be my last. The best sushi I’ve ever had in my life. The food and the service are consistently at a very high level every visit

We dined here on Christmas Eve right after arriving in Edinburgh, and it was such a relief to find a place open during the holiday. The food was beautifully presented and clearly prepared with care. The sushi was excellent, and the sashimi was impressively fresh. The miso soup and mussel dish were a bit on the salty side for our taste, but they did not take away from the overall experience. Service was attentive, friendly, and efficient, making our first evening in the city a very enjoyable one.

These are, without a doubt, the best sushi in the city. Trust me—I’ve spent a long time searching for good sushi in Edinburgh and have tried absolutely everything. The sushi here is fresh, wonderfully flavourful, and the selection is good. They also offer lovely desserts, smoothies, and a variety of other non-alcoholic drinks.

Prices are very reasonable, the tableware is beautiful, and the restaurant itself is small, cosy, and set to gentle, relaxing music. The staff are exceptionally pleasant — the lovely Ukrainian girls who make your visit feel warm and welcoming And Tatiana speaks excellent English!

I’m delighted with absolutely everything and will certainly be coming back!

We had a quick meal here while visiting Edinburgh. Our server, Anya, was absolutely lovely — so friendly and easy to chat with, and she really made our experience feel special.

The food came out in good time and everything was delicious. We especially loved the truffle edamame — it was so good that we ended up adding a bit of soy sauce to the leftover truffle sauce and used it as a dip for our sushi!

Thank you for the experience.

My daughter’s favourite sushi spot. Popped in today to for our second visit. One of the best sushi places in Edinburgh. Service is great, staff are lovely. Also got a bonus free matcha latte today! Thank you for having us. We’ll be back soon.

I ordered sushi and it was fresh and yummy. I ended up ordering more. The ambiance is really relaxed. The service was great. Maria and her colleagues were all lovely. I would definitely come back to this restaurant when I’m back in Edinburgh. Highly recommended!

The food was good but this is one of those places that automatically add 10% optional service charge onto your bill.

I thought the service at this place was pretty poor. I had booked a table of 2 and when I had arrived, there was only 1 couple that were seated, every other table was empty. I was offered a window seat which did not have a reserved sign on it. I declined and asked to sit at a specific table for 2 people. The lady I was talking to strangely thought I was taking about a table of 8 people that was in front of me and I told that I was talking about the table for 2. Her rationale for not taking that table of 2 was that there was not going to be much space because of the adjacent table of 8 that were coming. I insisted and sat on the table I wanted to. That table of 8 didn’t show up until over an hour later. I was given a menu and sat for over 5 minutes before I had to ask her for some tap water which she did not bring over until at least 10 minutes later when I had to ask her a second time when she took our food orders. I think what bothered me the most was that the restaurant was empty after the couple left a few minutes after I arrived so she was using her phone instead of getting me the glass of tap water that I asked for. I don’t think I was asking for very much and I feel quite shocked at how bad the service in the context of an empty restaurant.

Brilliant food! We ordered 4 sets of sushi, and each was simply unique! We ordered 3 chef recommendations and they did not disappoint us! Taste was well balanced, although the soft cheese on one of the sushi was slightly heavier but its good! Taste is pleasantly surprising! Recommend to try, we will definitely be back again!
