This is the second time I have ordered delivery and a drink and item was missing. I tried to use the customer service option and I was redirected to the app. Then, I filled out an email form explaining the issue. It’s been a couple days and the location let the phone ring. I normally don’t mind this location and think the food tends to be good, but the chicken I had was pretty burnt and like I said, the aforementioned missing items. I just want my money back at this point. By far the most disappointing taco bell order. I used to brag about this being the best taco bell in the area. The food was always fresh and hot and crisp. Now, it seems I can’t order without my money being taken and no resolutions to my issues, I know you have no control over the app but I’ve done my due diligence in reporting this issue. Multiple times and have tried to call to have it resolved myself. Please fix this, I paid for items I never received and the ones I did get were bad quality. I’d like to keep going back to this location but not if it’s going to be like this everytime.

Taco Bell or the food is good and night fresh in front of you service is a kiosk machine. I hate those the atmosphere was nice. The person who gave me. My food was maybe a three he seemed a little confused putting kiosk. Machines in these restaurants takes away communication to this Cashier service. Be so busy so sure they hang your food and walk away without saying anything half the time..

Tried the Creamy Chipotle Crispy Chicken burrito. I’m going to rate it a fail. The chicken was dry, and over fried. Lacking quality control. Automated drive thru kiosk was efficient. Employee I encountered was friendly. Service was fast, maybe too fast as I assume the burrito had been sitting around

Pleasantly surprised with fast service!
Ordered via kiosk with no issues. I ordered the Supreme Luxe Box. I did request the Chilupa without tomato and it was made to perfection.
The food was hot and fresh and the Pepsi Zero tasted ok. Drink station was well stocked and clean.
The music in the lobby was at a descent level where you could carry a decent conversation. (Chipotle down the street had blaring music, which requires children to wear hearing protection.)
The lobby had some dirty tables, but had plenty of clean ones to use.
I would recommend this location to anyone who loves some cheap Mexican food and great service.

I visited this location on a Friday evening. I ordered the Chicken Chalupa meal from the kiosk. The meal took less than a few minutes to prepare. One of the Chalupas was very dry and crumbled at the touch. The other one was made just right. For some reason this didn’t hinder my experience. I had a fountain Pepsi Zero Sugar, which tasted great!
The Lobby was clean and organized. The lobby wasn’t busy, but noticed it was well kept. Drink station was clean and no signs of mold. Trash bins were not full as well.
While I was there I observed an employee assisting a customer with the kiosk. The customer appeared to appreciate the help. The kiosk doesn’t offer the same things as their app or drive-thru does. This is a consistency issue that corporate needs to resolve. When a restaurant has different standards, it doesn’t look well for the company.
The reason for my 4 stars is the dry Chalupas and the inconsistency with the kiosk. Other than that, everything else, including employees was amazing! I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a bite to eat with great service!

Ordered 2 lux box and a taco pack and it was shameful. The loco taco x2 where all broken n sloppy. The chalupa was skimped and so was the crunch wrap. The fiesta potatoes were burnt x2. The soft taco pack was okay. Only thing that was right was the 2 medium Pepsi. Mind you there was also 2 other customers angry because they are waiting on there food too. I dont recommend using this place. Spend $ for crap services. Hire better workers. Cause the ones you have obviously dont care about their job or the customers. Mind you this is also not my first disappointed experience at thus location. The new Hudson location is way way way better.

Drive thru was empty so our order was quick. I had a major issue with the pinto-n-cheese I ordered. The beans were dry and even crusty, very little red sauce (this could have been a good thing for the dry beans had there been more of it). It was obvious the beans had sit for quite some time to be that dry. Surprised the person putting the order together would serve this!

Drink was spilling, and no napkins or sauce in the bag. I asked for napkins and sauce, African American cashier had an attitude about it. I requested sauces on the app. No reason to be mad at me, since you want to stand there and just make drinks, instead of also ensuring bags have napkins and sauce. And the food from this location is alright, I’ve had better. But the customer service makes everything worst. I’d visit this location a few times a week, I’m avoiding this location now.

Sometimes it’s good. Sometimes, it’s not. Ordered a crunchwrap, and there’s not even a teaspoon of beef spread thinly on a corner of it, almost no lettuce, and was folded horribly. I don’t know who thought this was acceptable to give to any customer, but they should probably be retrained…

Can’t Say I have had any issues with this location, I do typically go here late at night though. Order is always correct. Only thing I could say needs to improve is their drinks. Sometimes they do seem either very sugary or almost taste like soda water. Don’t know if its the dispenser or what but my drink always seems to be hut or miss here.
