My initial visit was enjoyable. Despite some missing ingredients, the staff was accommodating. The food was fresh and tasty, although I would have liked to be asked about substitutions.
Fast forward a year, and I had a much better experience! The service was attentive, and the dishes were not only beautifully presented but packed with flavor. It’s clear they’ve made positive changes, and I definitely recommend checking them out.

What a nice experience. I had an early thanksgiving with a friend. Delicious! Very traditional food including some side of garlic bread. The coffee and the chocolate shake were very well done. We even ordered mozzarella sticks which were great! Hands down the location was lovely. The server spoke both English and Spanish. Very nice experience.

Felt like pancakes today and so Denny’s in Country Walk came to mind. This location is clean, service is good and the food is delicious. My order was the Berry Vanilla crepe, which came with 2 eggs, bacon and hash browns. Accompanied by a side of 2 pancakes. (I was hungry). My companion had the Philly cheese steak omelette. I deducted 1 star for the following:
On entering had a little wait to be seated as there was no greeter.
While my companion’s drink was refreshed several times, I was never asked if I needed another.

Seems they need more cooks in the kitchen….over an hour to get our meals… and the ultimate faux pas… my meal is lukewarm. Poor presentation. That’s it for me.

The service was great. Food was awesome. Affordable and yummy filling food. We ordered chocolate shake, zesty nachos, crazy spicy chicken skillet and chicken addiction bowl. All the dishes were flavorful and the service was quick, the staff had smile on their faces and we felt welcome.
I highly recommend Denny’s.

The food was great. I never had any issues with my dish. I’ve been coming here for years with my friends and family and always have a nice experience. This place needs a big time renovation. The carpet smelled like wet socks, but the service was excellent though. I’m not picky but someone who is, would be extremely disgusted with their appearance.

You can feel how the shortage of emoloyees affect the service. Waiting time was not too bad but most of the food came cold, which makes the French toast not enjoyable at all. The place is not bad but the service make you not having a good experience. May be during the weekend the have more staff on place and experience could be better. Only three stars cause management need to improve that.

This could have been a five star experience, however the waitress made it a 3 star experience.
The wait time was good. Although it was busy I was seated in less than 5 minutes. The hostess was very pleasant. The waitress started off right. She took my order, brought me a cup of coffee and a glass of water. As soon as she walked away water was all over the table. The glass was cracked and water was pouring out of the glass. I couldn’t find my waitress so the hostess came and cleaned up the mess. The manager who was also very friendly came out and apologized. The food was amazing. My waitress never came back to check if I needed anything I didn’t see her until she sat the check on the table and walked away. After standing next to my table for a good 2 minutes another server came over to see if I needed anything. She brought me a container for my food. I’m really disappointed at myself for leaving a tip on the table because my waitress surely did not deserve it. Everyone was assisting me except her. You would think that once she served me a cracked up glass of water she would have been on point with everything else. Very disappointing.

If you have many hours to wait…this is the place for you. We were highly disappointed in our visit to this Denny’s tonight. We expected a little of a longer wait tonight when we ate at this store since there were only 3 employees. The note on the register about paying cash tips was a turn off immediately. The female server (Nelly is the name on my bill) took our order for drinks & food 40 minutes after we sat ourselves down since she just ignored us. She took orders from other people that came in after us. She wasn’t friendly or anything. She took our entire order at once when the food was ready she brought everything at once to the table & never returned again. We took 10 minutes to eat & were there for 2 hrs & 10 minutes which 2 hours was waiting. $2.99 each for drinks & couldn’t even get a refill.
It’s one thing to be short staffed, it’s another to not even try. When we didn’t get our check we went to the register & paid there. She asked us for a tip when we paid & said nothing else. We have been to Denny’s in many states after traveling to 22 states since April. This is the absolute worst Denny’s we have been to in the country.
