I come to this location all the time and the staff are usually great, but today I’m honestly furious. The 3 pcs chicken tender combo I received on 12/10/2025 at 10 PM were ridiculously small they looked like scraps someone else had already eaten.And the mac&cheese..

The “chicken strips” are more like scraps someone found in the trash for how thin they are. I had to weigh them because I just couldn’t believe how small they were. $11 for TWO ounces of breaded chicken, 4 breaded shrimp, and a biscuit. I could get triple this amount of food for the same price at a restaurant, I will never eat at Popeyes again.

I’m extremely frustrated with my recent drive-thru experience at Popeyes.
We ordered a 16-piece tenders bundle along with four strawberry pies. When we got home, we discovered the pies were completely missing, and the chicken we received was hard and cold, clearly not fresh.
We attempted to call the store five times to resolve the issue, but the voicemail box is full and does not accept messages. Each call eventually hangs up, leaving us with no way to reach anyone at the location.
This experience was disappointing from start to finish — incorrect order, poor food quality, and no way to contact the store afterward. I’d appreciate someone reaching out to make this right.

The food was decent. Had my fries been hot and not soggy I could give an even better score. The staff could have been a little more friendly. It could have been a long day for them so I will forgive the attitude.

Why is it that every time I go to this location, the team is absolute trash? Every freaking time. Food was good but I had to ask for my drink I ordered and had to ask for sauce when all we got was tenders. I give this place a chance every time–thinking the next time will be different. You would think that some kind of management would do something about it but nothing has changed.

From talking to whoever through the drive through speaker to talking to the person who took my money and gave me my food it was embarrassing all around. No one is saying that you have to be the most enthusiastic person in the world while working but the customer should not be able to tell how much you hate your job just based on the tone of your voice and the way you interact with your customers. The food was great as always but it was sloppily put together and just thrown in the bag lackadaisically, my job as the customer is to eat the food not assemble my sandwich and gather all of my fries from the bottom of the bag before I eat. Just disappointed in this visit, maybe it was a bad day for the employee I’m not sure but it ruined my visit and the likelihood of returning. KFC is right across the street and they sell damn good chicken too.

I arrived at this location at about 830 I order a 10 piece spicy meal and a 16 piece original chicken all dark. I had to wait about 20-30 mins which I was fine with. After I received my food I went home only to find out that I was missing 11 pieces of chicken I called and they originally said they were going to make 11 pieces so I drove all the way down there again to only sit and argue with and incompetent manager Mayra. I offered to accept 11 mixed but they refused. I am not blaming or even accusing them of not making my food. Stuff happens in a busy environment but when you turn around and basically call me a liar and then proceed to tell me basically tough luck buddy come in tomorrow it’s not our problem. I received a refund but the customer experience was horrible. Avoid this Popeyes, do not come here. The gm was no help. They have no customer service experience. Worst experience I have ever had.

We did a drive through and the man didn’t get our order correctly. The chicken was still pink inside when we got it and it didn’t even looked cooked on the outside. Horrible customer service and Horrible experience never going to Popeyes ever again just a waste of money. All 3 meals were terrible do better.

I arrived around 4:45pm. I ordered a 10 piece chicken tenders meal with fries, an extra large side of mashed potatoes, 2- frozen strawberry lemonades, 2 strawberry cream pies. Spent $41.08 to get home to cold, rubbery chicken, soggy fries, old biscuits that were so hard even putting them in the microwave didn’t help. Atleast the mashed potatoes and gravy were hot though!! Definitely not worth $41.08 though!! I am not one to complain or do a horrible review but they didn’t answer the phone when I tried calling either. So here I am!!!

Restaurant is clean and staff is friendly. Inside seating is very limited (small) but wasn’t busy when I went. Food was fresh but the chicken serving size was also small. Popeyes has great tasting chicken and sides. Overall I would recommend it… especially if you love chicken.
