Extremely rude. I got a grubhub delivery and drove straight to the store. The manager made a scene about grubhub always being late as if it had anything to do with me. Threw away the food and made me wait for it to be remade. Completely unprofessional.

Such a shame, this place is going down hill. People standing around on there cell phones instead of helping you, dirty bathroom, refusing to allow you to have gravy with a kids chicken basket even though every other time they allow it. This place is trash now

Went into the restaurant and it straight up looked like a war zone. There was trash everywhere. It took over five min for any of the staff to acknowledge us. They had a line out the door after us and looked dumb founded on what to do. We got onion rings that an employee accidentally knocked over on the tray in the heat shelf and we watched an employee pick them up with his bare hands and then served them to us with no care in the world. The experience was honestly gross.

The ice cream was good just as always. The service was stellar the atmosphere could have been better. Had 2 different teens basically turn and walk right into me. Then make funny sounds after 300 pounds of man didn’t move lol.

Love the free pup cup. I will come to this DQ over the other one any day because of the free pup cup. Even if I don’t have my dog I will come here to support them. My dog loves her pup cups. Thank you for treating our special girl.

My daughter and I ordered 2 blizzards. I ordered a large snickers blizzards with 2x extra stuff, and she ordered the chocolate brownie blizzard they gave her a medium and put my 2x extra stuff in a cup and handed it to me. I checked my blizzards and it was just vanilla ice cream and little pieces of chocolate in it. I have never had this issue at this DQ. All the people were basically walking on top of each other and we didn’t have to wait to order , so there was no line when we got there. Very upsetting DQ . I was charged correctly but not given what I ordered. Maybe some extra training on the new people.
