First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

Had a great experience at First watch, our waitress was very welcoming, friendly and did a great job overall. We decided to sit outside on the patio and the atmosphere was great, plenty of shade and fans to keep you cool. The farm style decor is beautiful. Now, the food! Absolutely perfectly delicious! We had the Blueberry Corn bread, strawberry de lache French toast * im sure I didn’t spell that right* Milllion dollar potatoes, and eggs *scrambled and over easy* with a delicious Honey Carmel crumb iced coffee. Fresh, healthy and great quality! You must go if you haven’t already! Please be advised that there will most likely be a wait, they are usually pretty busy, this is a breakfast, brunch, lunch restaurant! Enjoy!

Hands down one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve had anywhere. The Bacon, Egg & Cheddar sandwich at First Watch is on another level — perfectly toasted bread with that golden crunch, thick crispy bacon, rich melted cheddar, and an egg cooked exactly right with that yolk running just enough to make it messy in the best way possible. Add the peppery arugula and it’s pure balance.
The potatoes? Crispy outside, soft inside, seasoned just right — not an afterthought at all. Every bite felt intentional and dialed in.
Coffee was solid, service was on point, food came out hot and fast, and the whole plate just screamed quality. This is the kind of breakfast that makes you stop talking mid-bite and just nod.
If you’re on the fence — don’t be. Order it.

Went to eat at this restaurant for breakfast. I like this restaurant chain franchise bc it serves healthy options. I like to get the morning meditation drink bc it has turmeric , beet juice ,orange, lemon and organic ginger in it. It’s healthy and delicious. The portions on the plates served is plenty. The menus are easy to read , descriptive with the ingredients, and well organized so you can make your selection with ease.
The venue has table , counter height and booth seatings. The tables have plenty of space between them so you’ll feel comfortable not having to be too close to other diners and people walking by.
This is a very popular chain so there might be times you might have to wait to be seated. But even during the holidays , we never had to wait.
This restaurant is kid friendly. My daughter and grandkids like to dine here too.
Bathrooms are very spacious. No stall walls to feel cramped between. So if you need assistance, have a family of little ones , or use a wheelchair, you will have plenty of room to do your business.
The decor is in a clean farmhouse style with a minimalistic look.
The service was very friendly and fast.

Visited this brunch spot this morning and had an exceptional time!! We had Ian as a server and he was so attentive and accommodating, he made our experience very enjoyable. We enjoyed the seasonal specials; The B.E.C and the strawberries Tres Leches french toast!!! Pictured below, Ian was able to customize my coffee so I could enjoy it the way I like it! Food was good and presented well. The service was ok but when they forgot the butter for the toast and then reminded they still didn’t bring it. I even raised my hand like in school and two servers saw me and looked away. This is are favorite place for gluten free and they excelled at that though.

We are in Mesa for a swim meet and traveled from Oregon. I found this on Google Maps and decided to try it. It was worth the drive. Greeted at the door, cheerfully, promptly seated, great server offered suggestions and substitutions, and the food hit the spot! We left pleasantly full and have an order of Cheesecake Holey Donuts to enjoy later after racing.

The food is ALWAYS incredible. We had a large group and I had to try every dish that was on the table, they were all 10/10! I’m still thinking about the dishes I had last week.
