Came in for a carry out order. Staff were friendly, but service was slow.
I ordered 2 Jr cheese burgers with just lettuce and ketchup. Pretty simple.
There was no lettuce on either burger. I went back in to inform them. I was handed two small cups of lettuce.
Really? Now I gotta add my own toppings?
I eat Wendy’s often. I always order the same thing. I have never been given toppings to add myself when they mess up.

Crap service but obviously from reviews it isn’t gonna change. Tried drive through and attempted to place order. Guy sits there carrying on his conversation with someone else while we listen to the whole thing and then he tried to say that he asked us if it was cash or credit which he did not even speak to us yet!!!!! After he finished his conversation we find out we have to go in because credit isn’t working at drive through.
Go in and stand at the register just to order a drink and once they finally decide to take my order I finally got my $4.35 drink. Absolutely pathetic service

I had an amazing experience at this Wendy’s! The woman who helped me was very patient, sweet, and communicative. She helped me direct the app to use my points, explained any up charges, and was very informative about the boo books and helped me buy one. My order was hot, fresh, and correct the first time!

Placed a $40 order. Waited 13 minutes for the order. Almost entire order was incorrect. Ordered 2 $6 meals with jr bacon cheese burgers. Got no bacon on either sandwich. Didn’t have regular nuggets only spicy. Ordered Son of the Baconator got 1 half strip of bacon on it. No napkins were in the bag. Asked for napkins and none was given. No receipt was given.

There is no point of ordering ahead here, you’ll still be waiting when you arrive to pick your order One time I asked the girl at the counter what drink was which, she literally shrugged, she had just filled the cup 2 seconds before giving them to me. They move slowly like animatronics. Throw the whole crew away. ( Not everyone but I’m just being dramatic but, damn) Get it together, Post drive!

I leave reviews regularly, and this Wendy’s has been a problem over and over again. My boyfriend picks up DoorDash orders here, and every single time he arrives even when we’re parked right outside or just a couple minutes away, the staff claims the order has already been picked up, which is impossible.
On the times they don’t deny the order, they make him wait at least 20 minutes, even for small orders. There’s also one employee who always has an attitude and makes the pickup process way more stressful than it needs to be.
He picks up from many other Wendy’s locations and never has issues like this. This specific store really needs to improve honesty, speed, and customer service.

ordered here multiple times and always had issues, their employees are not being trained well at all. I had a free salad and they still charged me for it, and spent around 30 minutes waiting for a refund. they gave me the wrong soda sizes and had to fuss it up as well never coming here again.

Let me just say you all need to retrain the young lady that was operating the drive thru. First I couldn’t tell if she was talking to me or another employee at first because she didn’t cut the headset off. Secondly when I got to the window none of the drinks were made instead I see her texting on her phone and then she starts face timing on her phone and talking very load on the phone to the point I could hear her through the window and she was cursing. Very unprofessional and I’m sure that is not the value of the company and how things are suppose to be done.

Wow!! This has to be the worst Wendys I’ve ever stopped at in my life. And after stopping and eating, I read the other reviews and have to agree with most of them. First off, the building needs upkeep, there was trash everywhere, not a little, a lot. Went with the $5 Biggie bag, was not given the right sandwich, and the kicker was, we were given are sodas without any ice. No explanation on why, like machine was broke or anything. Horrible, horrible place. Corporate should shut this location down.
