I normally would not give them a one but today I had too . I guess it was the manager. She was in a mood and so was I. I ordered something I normally don’t order. I didn’t get syrup. I called as a courtesy to let them know she was rude…I am in their drive thru more than 4 times during the week. The lady in the back drive through is a gem she is a hard worker also the one on the front drive . But today on the phone with the rude manager did it for me I doubt I will come back I will go to boundary street instead. Thanks it’s one regular you lost it may not matter to you but it should.

Not one person in the drive thru said hello, How are you? I’m nice but I match energy. They could have had a bad day but I work in F&B you have to pretend. Food was great. Fries extremely hot. Wish the vibe had been different. Oh well. I don’t need to eat fast food anyway.

Ordered at the drive thru. They got my order wrong and left food out. Went in the restaurant to get my order fixed and they still got it messed up. Had to go back in to get it fixed again. Was such an aggregation. The lady was rude and nasty. Was not recommend this restaurant at all. They are unfriendly and don’t seem to care if you get your order right or get hot food.

This McDonald’s only saving grace is Lin! I went for a late night food run and I think I honestly waited about 15 minutes just to order and another 15 to actually get my food. The guy who took my order was sooo rude! I would say one thing and before I can even finish my sentence he would cut me off. Because of this I forgot to say one part of my order.
When I got to the window… the sweetest nicest girl, Lin, as soon as we drove up I mentioned that I needed to add something if that was okay with her if not then I’ll go around. She said it was fine and added it. The guy in the back taking orders looked me directly in the eyes and said “UGH DO NO TAKE ORDERS AT THE WINDOW, just finish hers and that’s it”
And I get it, I work in food service but if he had been patient when I was ordering I wouldn’t have had to order at the window. But anyways, Lin spoke to us with kindness and patience and was apologetic for the wait. She is the only reason for this higher rating. Because the guy in the back was just throwing our food in the bag and he forgot part of our order but since this location closes at 11pm I wouldn’t go back for the rest of my order

This is a typical McDonald’s, and I am giving it a 5 star not based on food though the food was fresh and hot, I am giving it a 5 star based on one particular employee. While all the staff was professional, polite and efficient, this one employer went out of her way to make sure our table was clean, she chatted with us and was extremely efficient and absolutely wonderful. Her name is Eleanor and she is awesome! Thanks for making our day, Eleanor, our son graduated Marine Corps boot camp today and you made it even better!

DONT WASTE MONEY HERE❗️❗️Just went to go get some quarter pounders and asked for Big Mac sauce to pay 15$ per burger and not receive anything on the burgers not even pickles! Charging hecka money for what nasty processed food and not to receive what you pay extra for… I’ll just go spend the extra 5$ and get some Chinese food they got there prices right and food down
