I loved everything about my experience here. I was traveling alone and just passing through Kentucky. I stopped at a museum and saw this restaurant was a short walk away. I sat at the bar and it was easy to find a table. The bartender was the waiter and he was very attentive and knowledgeable. The burger was wonderful all of their burgers are served medium or medium well I believe that was noted on the menu and it’s not normally my style but was overall delicious. The Cajun fries were good perfect combination of spicy and crispy flavor. It’s nice inside a little dark but nice. The bar was comfortable and for a quick solo meal everything went perfectly. They have a great selection of bourbon if I had more time
I would have gotten into it but the old fashioned I had was good just wish I had more time to explore and enjoy their menu.

I will admit, this was my second choice of where I wanted to go for dinner. However, it should have been my first. I went to another place just a few doors down and never got waited on, so I left and came here.
Things happen for a reason. Food was amazing! Service was great. The regular burger was great. Plenty of food as well.

Wish I could rate this place higher than a 5 star. Bartender was excellent! Friendly, provided good recommendations and made the overall experience really fun. We went once just for drinks and got the pickle fries (highly recommend) and pretzel bites. At lunch time the entire place filled with everyone getting burgers. This is when the bartender told us, they were famous for their burgers. So we had to go back and try them and they DID NOT disappoint! They make all of their own sauces pair with food choice and everything is locally sourced. Highly recommend you stop by Side Bar on your trip to Louisville.

I recently visited Sidebar At Whiskey Row and had a fantastic experience. I ordered four hamburgers: Sidebar, Ambulance Chaser, Death Penalty, and Beyond a Reasonable Doubt. Each one had its own unique flavor and was cooked to perfection, but the standout for me was the Death Penalty The spiciness was just right, adding an exciting kick that made it my favorite

Had an early dinner on my first night in Louisville. It was a quick walk from the Omni Hotel. Service was good, it was not crowded at all on a Tuesday evening and the burger( with bacon and pimiento cheese) was tasty, cooked just as ordered and the fries were crisp and fresh. They had a small beer selection but something good, so I was satisfied.

Went to Louisville for the day and didn’t want to eat at the regular places on Whiskey Row so we stopped at Sidebar. Absolutely glad we did and definitely will be back next time in town. Bryan was fantastic. The Jack Bites were amazing. Delicious! I couldn’t get pictures of everything because the food was amazing. The drinks were amazing! Service was amazing! We got the burger on special The Gouda Plea delicious and The 5th delicious! The burgers are cooked perfectly. The burgers are definitely the best I have ever had. Chili Cheese Fries and Zucchini fries, delicious. The drinks and Bourbon flights are fantastic! They also have bourbon milkshakes. We were too full for those but definitely going to try next time! Thank you for such a fantastic lunch!!

Amazing burgers! They were packed when we went on Saturday night and they were very accommodating to our group of eight. It is a loud environment and we couldn’t hear each other across the table. Will definitely come back in the future!

This place is absolutely amazing!! Food was some of the best I’ve had! We got the pimento cheese fritters, cheese sticks, the ambulance chaser burger, and the 5th burger. Everything was homemade and delicious. Burger was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the cheese sticks. They were delicious!
