Went through the drive thru and got something small. Saw the lady touching our food Bare Handed, no gloves. And our was just sitting on a table for 5+ minutes. Was the only ones in the drive thru, and their were only about 2 people inside, who had already been served. Person was moving incredibly slow considering i had a small order and was the only order. And I saw her drop someone else’s food on the floor. Ive been coming here for a long time with my family, think we’re gonna find a different one after this experience.

This use to be the best place to get an Apple Chicken Pecan lettuce salad, but not any longer. The container size has diminished drastically along with the amount of lettuce and extras on the top of salad. The price has not gone down any. So, I will NOT be buying a salad at Wendy’s ever again.

My 2 grandchildren and I recently stopped in for lunch on a day that school was dismissed early. We opted to eat inside, and upon going in, we saw that it was not busy inside, despite having a line for the drive-thru. We were immediately greeted with a big smile by the nicest lady that was ready to take our order. She was very pleasant and personable, taking the time to explain the kid’s meals. Our food was ready quickly and the order was correct. Everything tasted good as well. My only complaint was the drink machine. There were 2 and one was not working. The other looked kind of dirty, but at least it worked. We got ice and filled 2 of the drinks without issue, but when I was filling the third cup, the soda did not stop coming out despite me taking my finger off the button when the cup was full! No wonder the machine looked dirty. It was probably overfilling cups, splattering soda everywhere and making a mess!

To the employee working the late shift on 12/19 into 12/20 (around 1:00 a.m.),
I hope you eventually find a job that you enjoy and do not feel the need to take your frustration out on customers. You looked ridiculous acting the way you did.
My family and I were driving late at night toward Ohio and stopped at this location because all the lights were on and it appeared open. Not knowing it was close to closing, my husband pulled up to place an order. The order was already being taken when he asked for a Frosty, and he was rudely told, “Our machine is off, we’re about to close, you know.”
My husband apologized multiple times. Despite this, when we reached the window, the employee continued to act extremely rude—throwing her hands up, complaining, and behaving unprofessionally while the window was partially open. At one point, she even threw her headset in frustration.
If the store was about to close, that could have been communicated politely from the start, and we would have left without any issue. Instead, we received cold food and were treated with unnecessary attitude and disrespect simply for placing an order that was already being taken.
Working late does not excuse rude or childish behavior toward customers.

I came into this establishment with my husband Gerald and my grandson Peter. We were ordering when my grandson began to make a ruckus about Post Malone bagging his fries who is apparently a famous country singer. He denied being Post Malone but I’m sure it’s just for the press. He even gave us our kosher pickles! Glad to see the younger generation still working hard!

Wendys is my favorite fast food place, but I have not had a great experience the last few times. My 10 piece has only been 9 nuggets 3 times in a row. I tried to use a coupon in the app for $3 off but then was told I still had to pay $3 at the window. I’ll probably take a break from here for a bit.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant. With a diet coke. The sandwich was served on a hamburger bun and the diet coke was a regular coke. I really like this sandwich but the different bun changed the whole taste. Took 2 bites tossed the rest in the garbage.

Dirty, service was horrible, the employee was sitting in lobby on her phone. Acted like we were putting her out to get up and wait on us. Didn’t even get a hello. All we got is my lobby is closing in 30 minutes. Once she took out order she went back to sitting at a table on her phone while we were eating at a different table. Food was could. Not worth the $22.00 spent there.

Never eat here past 11pm they don’t care about customers left a label in my cheese fry’s and uncooked fry’s and burnt chicken nuggets plus my cheese fry’s were so lazily put together with melted shredded cheddar cheese and whole strips of bacon
And if you want to hold the people accountable who made the business leave a nasty taste in my mouth it was the night of Tuesday June 24th 2025 at 1204am that’s should be easy to check your schedule not worth 30 dollars
