This is our fourth visit to this place, and it surprises me more each time. This time I took the time to leave a review, as it’s necessary. I always try different dishes, and I don’t know which one to make my favorite, but without a doubt, the eggplant with peppers and olives is 100 out of 10—the flavor is truly exotic. The pizzas are all very good; my favorites are Grandmas and the 239. The seafood pizza is also very delicious. The tiramisu and cannoli are fabulous. I’ve been living in Naples for two years, and I only found this place two weeks ago. And I repeat, this is my fourth time. It’s truly very good; I love it! and remember happy life happy wife

We drove all the way down from Venice, that’s how good this place is.

We really like the pizza here but just about every time we order lately the experience is not “great”. We ordered last night and it seems as always, my wife was put on hold for several minutes to then start to talk to the phone person and be disconnected. Stuff happens, I get it. But it seems that every time we call in the phone person is in a hurry and “short” with us and it comes across kind of rude imo. What bothers me is the pizza is always luke warm at best, unless we get there and it’s not ready and then we wait a while for it to come out of the oven. We were told pick up was 30 minutes and asked for it to be ready in an hour. When my wife was finishing up the order the person said ok 30 minutes. My wife said No, We need it ready in an hour please. So we picked up the pizza at exactly the time we said. I’m pretty sure it sat for at least a half hour and was seriously COLD. Figure out how to time orders or at least keep them hot! It is frustrating that it seems the more busy they get in season, the more complacent they become about regular customers. I may try and order again, idk. I can’t afford to waste money, and I REALLY look forward to food so i hate it when it’s not good! But as they get more competition from other New Yorkers making good pizza, I would imagine their business will taper off if they don’t start appreciating what they have. Instead of expanding to more stores, concentrate on what got you there and get the orders and service great again.

This place is great. The food feels inspired and cared about. The atmosphere is great, you have a nice modern design with rustic undertones. Also, a clean bathroom. Service is good, and they will help you out if you aren’t satisfied with your order, but you will be. It’s a must go-to as the best Italian restaurant in the Naples-Ft. Myers area, at least of those I’ve been to. WARNING: Do NOT go to the other location down on immokalee and collier! I’ve been there 3 times and it’s terrible. This location is way better. Even if it’s a longer drive, it’s totally worth it to come to this one.

Made reservations for a large group to see Michael D’Amore, who puts on a great show. Have seen him many times at other restaurants. Paid for the cover charge $15 when i made the reservation and asked if there would be a full menu. Yes I was told. When we arrived we were given a limited menu. Small print at the top said we had to buy 2 drinks and spend $50 for food. Asked if we wanted water and was charged $7 per bottle on our bill. Every item we ordered there was an up charge from the regular menu. Small personal white pizza $28, on the regular menu its only $21. Same with chopped wedge salad. Charge was $20, on the regular menu only $15. Everyone at our table had the same results. So needless to say we will never go back there again. Called the manager the next day he said he was off that night and didn’t know anything about the prices. Took my number and said “a higher up” would call me back. So far no call back. Never ever will we go there again.

I remember as a kid, my uncle would always get this pizza and rave about it. Growing up in the midwest I would roll my eyes at New York pizza, but goodness was I wrong. Recently, I’ve been addicted to their cheese pizza, tastes like I’m right in New York itself. When I go with my dad, he likes the pep, sausage, and jalapeño, which is also delicious. Great staff, great location.

NYPP catered a great dinner reception for us at Shangri La Springs. Food was delicious & at the correct temps. They did a beautiful set up of tables & the service was great. They made picking the menu easy with good advice. Couldn’t have been happier!

I’ve been eating here for years but this is my first time back in about a year. They did some nice upgrades/updates to the space and it’s so much more inviting and relaxing. I ordered a 12” box of pizza with caesar salad for lunch. Pizza is always delicious!! Price was $28.62. I did leave a $5 tip. Price is a little higher than I usually pay, but everything has gone up lately so I’m not surprised. You can’t go wrong with their food!!!
