I dined here two nights in a row and had two very different experiences. One night we didn’t have any problems and the food was good but the other night the service was terrible. We started by ordering coffee but the first cup was only warm not hot and the second cup was completely cold. I ordered the fish platter only to wait twenty minutes and then be told they were out of fish. I then ordered the double stack burger and when our food finally came out it was pretty good. We were also rushed by the waiter the whole night. Almost immediately after we got our food he came by with the check and asked if we wanted boxes to go even though we had barely touched our food. This location is conveniently located near hotels but you may want to go elsewhere.

Ronald is an amazing employee. While doing the hostess work and the work of the cashier and 2 servers he managed to provide excellent service. Get this guy some back up. Food also very good at this location and fast to make it out. Very efficient operations.

First, we didn’t eat and there is a reason why. After waiting at the hostest stand for 7 minutes, we were finally acknowledged and taken to a dirty table. The waitress did wipe it off. She said someone would be with us shortly. Meanwhile, you could tell there was poor ventilation because the smell of grease & food was strong. Two other couples came in after us and was seated, and was given drinks. After waiting for a server for 11 minutes, we decided to leave. Therefore we left without eating and clothes smelling like we fell into a grease bucket.

09/08/2024 – First time visiting this Bob Evans and the experience was awesome because of the service. Thanks, Oliver. I ordered their Farmers Choice breakfast entree with a pancake and French toast. The pancake was ok but everything else was delicious. You’ve been to one Bob Evans and their decor are all the same. This BE gets busy after 900 am. Parking out front and on the side of the restaurant. Decent prices.

The gentleman Hernando saw that I was kind of having a bad day after work and all I wanted was a cup of Bob Evans, hot fresh coffee cause God knows you guys make the best coffee and he saw that I was kind of having a rough day I wasn’t rude or anything, but you know I was down and he went ahead and gave me a coupon on my coffee which you know brighten my day so I wanna say thank you to him that it’s really nice of him. Keep that guy aroundand he’s the reason you got a five star review.

It wasn’t great, but it wasn’t bad either. I got a burger. You have to be on something to mess up a burger. Anyways, did not have to wait at all which was nice considering it was Sunday at noon. I think because prices have skyrocketed, they could’ve been less stingy with the fries. I think I got maybe 8, could be 10, I’ll be more generous than they were.
Anyways, I’d think elsewhere, this would be my last resort.

I have placed an order for delivery and unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the meal. The potatoes were not cooked through and the pancakes were not up to my expectation as they were soggy due to the placement of fruit on top. I believe it would be better to serve the fruit on the side. Additionally, I couldn’t help but notice that the pancakes appear to have shrunk in size.
