This Burger King is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The wait to order took 10 mins in the restaurant, my discount was not applied to the order, and the inside could use a little cleaning. The food was decent even though it looked a mess but after the wait and other factors I’ll be sure to not come back.
The counter lady did offer my son a crown which I do appreciate.
Nonetheless, I’ll just go to McDonald’s or chick fila.

I was blown away after ordering from this place tonight. I went in with my son and ordered with the staff (not the machine) and stepped back to wait. I was told that the shake machine was down, no big deal at all! I asked for my money back for just the shake. The manager came out and tried to tell me no….. I firmly explained that I didn’t want anything else but still wanted my food that I ordered. This manager was rude and tried to be intimidating with me. That was wrong of him! After going back and forth for about five minutes then he gave me my $3.50 back.
My shake wasn’t part of a meal deal…. So why do this to a customer.

I went tonight. The girtthat was on the speaker was impatient but wasn’t rude. I could tell she was frustrated. I do understand as I did this exact job for burger king. I’m not complaining just making an observation. My food was excellent though. Fries were scorching hot and whopper was fixed exactly like I requested.

Double Whopper meat sank and buns were soaked through. I was afraid to eat it though I was hungry. I just hope we don’t get food poisoning. Burgers were definitely sitting too long and looked wrong….i took meat out and smelled it…weird smell. Fries were not filled like normal. For $32 we will go elsewhere. Too bad.

Really didn’t want this location but I put the wrong Gratiot address in the app. Waited 10 minutes (no exaggeration) at the speaker, they came on twice to tell me they would be with me in a minute. If I hadn’t already paid on the app I would’ve stayed. Once they took my order and realized it was a mobile order I got right to the window and she handed me the order within a minute. It was missing 2 orders of fries. Did the survey on the receipt. No one from Burger King contacted me about my experience. Never going there again

Ordered 2 meals today 5/1/25 about 10:45pm. They gave us a sandwhich bun with MOLD on it!! Absolutely disgusting!!!! The food was luke warm, hard and obviously not fresh as well and the girl at the window was very unfriendly. Absolutely unacceptable!!!!

Worst BK experience ever. Late night order around 2am. Whopper w/ bacon, 2 Classic doubles, fries, and 4 piece nugget.
Had to repeat the order 3 times at the speaker, then finally got it but also noticed an onion ring added to order. Decided to move on and say who cares.
Get to the window, wait forever for the food, finally get the bag handed to me with no words and to be sent on my way. I should have checked the bag.
Ended up with no classic doubles, no onion rings, 7 chicken nuggets, cold fries, cheese curds, and the most disgusting slop of a whopper with RAW bacon!
I now haven’t left the throne room all day due to food poisoning as well…
Avoid this BK at all costs until management can find people who actually know how to work a simple job.

I want to give a big shout-out to the night shift at this Burger King. Last week, my order was missing a sandwich, but I didn’t notice until I got home. When I came back a week later, I mentioned it—not looking for anything free, just letting them know. The night shift team went above and beyond and gave me the missing sandwich anyway, on top of the new order I placed. They were super nice, professional, and made sure I was taken care of. Really great customer service!
