Wow! Amazing Pizza! All kinds of great menu items but we came in for the “made to order “ pizza by the slice. We’ve lived in PCB for 10 years on and off. We almost gave up finding a pizza place that reminded us of our hometown. My husband frequents another establishment on Front Beach but they are closed most of the winter which is when we are here. Bricks and Barley is OPEN! YEAH! The pizza slices are custom ordered with toppings and they are good sized! I could only eat one. My husband ate 2. It’s thin crust and the flavor of the toppings is the star but not to be outdone by the flavorful sauce and the thin crust that had some grit to it and perfectly baked! The atmosphere was lovely. They have a bar in the back with many bevy’s and wine selections too. Music was low and enjoyable. No rappy-crappy stuff. You can have a conversation at the table with your person. The server, Melanie, was super helpful and told us about the weekly specials! Score! Check them out online or on Facebook too. She checked on us occasionally. The bill was accurate and they do offer a veterans discount but you can’t stack it on an already discounted price (makes sense). They have outdoor seating too with a few tables out front. We will most definitely be back! If you love pizza by the slice that’s not sitting in a case in heat lamps all day like so many other pizza places, this is it!!! Wow! Fresh toppings; several to choose from; great prices; nice atmosphere! 10 ⭐️!

My first time was great. I picked up a pie to go but the place looked great to eat in. It was a busy day so seemed like they were a little behind on orders, but the guy out front was friendly and communicated well. The options are terrific. My order was cauliflower crust, vegan mozzarella, ground beef, mushrooms, basil, spinach, yellow onion, and red onion. DELICIOUS. Unexpected. I highly recommend Bricks and Barley for pizza night.

Discovered this place on the last night of our stay it was absolutely amazing. Even my kids were raving and asking to come back the next time we are out in PCB. They had multiple TVs and were able to put on the UT vs Bama game for us. Only downside was it was a bit of a wait but it was worth it.

Amazing pizza and the best gluten-free pizza option in PCB for my celiac husband and kids! Tastes like real pizza and not like cardboard!
Lots of great menu choices! Aside from pizza the bruschetta, cheese garlic bread, and toasted ravioli are amazing! On our last trip, extended family members had the calzones and wings and gave those 5 stars as well!
You will absolutely not be disappointed!
They do not offer delivery but door dash will bring Bricks and Barley directly to you, even on the beach (we’ve done this! Lol). I prefer to pick up as it is only half a mile from where we stay.
Food always ready by the time the estimate and they are always willing to accommodate any “extras” we’ve needed like cutting the GF pizzas in 8 slices instead of 4 to make it easy for little hands to eat.
A HUGE selection of pizza toppings from classic to fancy like ribeye and balsamic glaze, fresh mozzarella, basil, pepperoni, etc. SO MANY TOPPINGS TO CHOOSE FROM!
They also have salads which I have not tried only bc they have so many appetizers I am still working my way through them.
Pizza by the slice, whole large pie, or 10″ GF crust. I do not personally need GF crust but do not notice anything “off” when ordering the 10″ crust for myself as I cannot eat an entire large pizza alone. Ha
Next trip I am trying their signature breakfast pizza, served all day!
Oh, and unbeknownst to me, they keep rewards on file for you based on your phone number. I had 2 x $10 off coupons I used this trip and I haven’t been in PCB since September 2024. Score!

Came in to pickup order because I got text it was ready but they seemed confused, then told me it would be 6-7 more minutes. I stood and waited for 7 more minutes. Went to ask and they seemed confused again. They asked my name for 3rd time and then found my pizza setting in the box on the table “cold”. Pizza did taste great but how nice it would have been hot or even warm. You make a great pizza…..lots of confusion with your staff. They were pleasant, friendly but something missing with customer service.

Went in during the off season, around 8pm and had almost no wait (which was perfect because we were starving). Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and I can’t begin to tell you how much we enjoyed the pizza!
We’re used to Pizza Hut and Dominoes, and there seriously is just NO comparison.
I wish we had them in Dallas, because this would be a regular stop for us for date night.
(We also had the cheesecake which was also spectacular, but we ate it too fast to get a photo. )

Do not give credence to the negative reviews. This food was off the charts delicious. My wife and I ordered the Boom Boom Shrimp, Buffalo Bread, Garlic Bread, Mozzarella Sticks, and Large 16in Pizza with Pepperoni, banana peppers, red onions, and real mozzarella cheese. The flavor pallet was so good, and from a pizza place no less! Wasn’t a huge fan of the pizza sauce… but the rest? Chef’s kiss! You are doing yourself a disservice if you don’t give Brick and Barley a chance!

Love that they make huge individual slices. We were disappointed with the beer cheese we requested was cold, like they just pulled it out of the refrigerator.

The food was amazing!! I had the 6 Degrees of Kevin Bacon Calvone, and it was so damn good. My lady has celiac disease, so the restaurant choices can be limited, especially pizza joints. Brick and Barley truly stepped up to provide gluten-free options, and this is by far the best GF pizza she has ever had!! Thank you, Team B&B,P!
