My girlfriend and I order here fairly often as it is right by our house, and USUALLY we have no issues. There’s two young girls that work the drive thru that are very sweet, but recently theres a younger guy that has been working who is incredibly rude. One time I ordered at the drive thru and tried telling him my order each thing at a time (it was a larger order for multiple people) and he interrupted me and told me to just read everything all at once, and then continued to ring things in incorrectly. Then tonight, I went to the drive thru to pick up a mobile order and I said “I’m picking up!” and he replied “Oh you’re picking up? What would you like me to do?” and I was surprised and after hesitating I read him my code and he said “thereee you go! thats what i needed!”
I usually have no problems here, but ever since this kid was hired he has been continuously rude and made me not want to continue coming back.

Stopped to get my granddaughter a happy meal unfortunately, as simple as the order was it was wrong. Asked for double fries and got apples instead. Didn’t get the BBQ sauce we asked for, which is the only way my granddaughter would eat her nuggets . Service was ok.

I had a deal on the app for $2 French fries and it came up to $2.39 after tax when 2 months ago it was $2.12 after tax. Employees don’t know how to ring anything up right. Bad service and very overpriced food. I was in a hurry so I stop there but really the food at McDonald’s is straight garbage and way to expansive for garbage food. Cooperate ruined McDonald’s. In the 90’s McDonald’s was so much better than now.

Absolutely worst service I’ve EVER experienced here!!! Completely got my order wrong and when I questioned it, I got yelled at by the manager!! Also the cashier was sighing heavily on the microphone as if I was the issue and he told me you dont have be here! I am sooo disappointed as I have been a customer here for years!!! Do Not Go here!!!!

Seriously, McDonald’s? I am over $10 now for a meal, and this is what I’m getting for a chicken sandwich? They don’t have a normal size chicken breast for my sandwich, so they give me 2 tiny cuts of a chicken breast and slap in between 2 buns. They went from chasing Chick-fil-A’s chicken sandwich to I guess they are now trying to emulate Raising Cane’s chicken strip sandwich. McDonald’s food quality is going downhill, really fast, while their prices continue to rise!

Ordered a plain McChicken. No lettuce no mayo.
Girl takes my order and the screen literally says extra mayo, extra lettuce. I then told her hey it says extra mayo, extra lettuce. She says “oh, sorry about that”. Then takes it off.
But to no one’s surprise, when I pull out the McChicken I realize it’s roughly 8 pounds and significantly thicker than what a plain McChicken should be. And sure enough, lo and behold, a whole entire jar of Hellman’s mayonnaise in one tiny McChicken.
Joke is actually on me for coming to McDonald’s, right?
