There is always a line wrapped around the outside and the line on the inside doesn’t get any shorter. It’s every time too. I’ve sat in the line for an hour one time and the thing is you can’t get out of line because the lane is a single car width wide. Not even joking, the dude in front of me fell asleep in his car because they were taking so long. You’ll get your food faster at Cheesecake Factory, and it’ll be warm.

Normally I would just post something about Taco Bell being Taco Bell but I was really blown away yesterday. The food was so fresh and clean tasting and everything was packaged very well. It was almost as if the restaurant had opened and we were the first customers. Everything was extremely well cooked and the service was excellent.
I don’t want to sound overly surprised because there’s a certain level you expect from Taco Bell it’s never that bad however, this restaurant really stood out as an amazing example of when people get along well together and want to do the job to the best they can.

This was the worst Taco Bell meal that we’ve ever had. We have been going to this location for years, but since the building was rebuilt, the service and quality of food have been disappointing. The wait tonight was almost 20 minutes & I was the second car in line. There were mistakes in my order, sauce missing from an item, and nothing was warm. We won’t be returning & will instead go to the other Taco Bell in town.

Actually insane that they don’t even have a person taking orders in the drive thru (automated AI) or inside(self serve kiosk) but you’ll still wait thirty minutes (and counting) in the drive thru without it moving more than a car every 7 minutes(still have three more cars I’m even next in line) What exactly are the employees doing in there since they literally do NOT talk to customers at all. Just shut down the store if you can’t afford to pay competent employees that can run a store adequately, as a multi-billion dollar corporation.

Order is almost never correct at this location. Didn’t receive any of the items I was upcharged for such as jalapeños or sauce. As well as completely missing items from my order. I’ve have this location chance after chance, but this will be the last.

If this weren’t the nearest Taco Bell to me I would never come here. They refuse to set the food on the mobile & delivery counter causing me to not receive my food until someone finally acknowledges my existence and gives me the bag that’s been sitting behind the counter since I walked in. My food is ALWAYS cold by the time I receive it because of them not putting my food out then ignoring the one person they have standing in the lobby.

This is the best Taco Bell in the area. The staff are always friendly and asside from when they are understaffed or late night (after bar rush) the drive thru is very fast. My food has always been freshly made and correct.

We often this location. Tonight while in the drive through, my pregnant sister asked to add on one item at the window as the ordering system is now automated and we were not able to do so at the speaker. The young lady at the window said to her coworker that we added on, and a smart remark was made “of course they are”. This was upsetting & unnecessary.

I used to find myself working here before. I am utterly devastated and disappointed sadly how things looked and how the food was made. Firstly, chips everywhere in bag, secondly double decker messed up, thirdly NOTHING but two to three items were named correctly with the wrapper.
Another issue I saw was NO COMMUNICATIONS between any of the folks working between 2:50-3:20pm when we went to go get food. The cleanliness of the store was not up to code (personally) and meaningfully I think whatever happened today, I hope it ISNT EVERYDAY. Because that was the worst I had seen the store ever be. Even when I worked there, it was much more cleaner. I’m not telling you how to do your job or to do anything but seriously, PICK. UP. THE.SLACK.
Other than that, work to succession guys. I know you have it in you all.
