It was a Late night dissapointment. I pulled into the drive thru with 1 person ahead and had to sit at the deleivery mic box forabout 3bminutes before they said anything. I didnt think they were open and was about to drive away and at the last moment a lady greeting me on the speaker. I asked for something that she said she couldn’t make because the grill was down, and that she can make anything else. I ended up getting three value tacos and they all came with broken shells, cold and misproportioned. She didn’t ask if I wanted any hot sauce and when I went to pay for my food she closed the window and walked back a minute later. She finally took my card and handed me food without even asking if I like hot sauce napkins or anything and closed the window. Worste service I have gotten out of all the high desert call Tacos, an oldtown Victorville is hard to beat. I’m not going here again

They do know how to hire and teach people right who work here. I always ordered in the app now. It is so easy to use and can make any customizations with no problems. I came inside to pick up the order. I was greeted promptly with a smile. Told her I had an online order, and she saw it and addressed me by my name. She was working on it right thwn. The food was hot and good. Thank you. I do like their breakfast burritos with their red sauce. It goes good with the eggs.

Garbage service. You would think since they don’t physically take orders anymore. All is done via kiosk. They were told the ice was empty yet nobody acted on it. Fast food is a thing of the past. You can’t get food an earlier than 20-30 minutes after you order. These people make more money than ever yet they seemingly do less work than ever.

Ordered in the drive through. When I got home 3 min later the fries were cold and the quesadillas tastes horrible plus all the meat was placed in the middle of the tortilla so did I really get a steak quesadillas or a cheese quesadillas with a ball of steak in the middle.

Went to the drive thru for the first time at this Del Taco and the experience was pleasant. The young man at the window was very helpful as I was trying to use the app for the first time and didn’t understand it. I was very pleased with his patience and helpfulness.

Waiting 15 plus minutes for mini quesadilla n chili cheese fries at 1030am. Only 2 other people here and no cars in drive thru. employees standing around talking. Employees were very rude. Very poor customer service. Will not return to location.
