Ordered by the app, got charged $ and when gave the code in the drive-thru, I got told it was not valid, instead of giving me solutions, the staff switched to attend the other line.
I end up doing a new order directly in the window, and on top of that I had to wait in the reserved spot for the drive thru for more than 15min to get me burger…

This is the second time I come to this location and I have issues….

Last time was a similar situation, I got ask to wait for my order in the reserved spot for the drive thru drive and I end up driven back to the windows just to find out that my order was forgotten.

This location is really bad, I have never had so bad service in other McDonald’

Got my order wrong. Ordered a double quarter pounder with no onions, no pickles, no ketchup, and what do I get? Exactly all of that. Plus paid for an extra patty and didn’t get it.

Had an iced coffee customized, the girls in charge of making it didn’t want to make it, had to wait until i got my food to notify them that I didn’t have my coffee. Audibly heard one of them say “did some one make the iced coffee with all the crap in it?”

Not a bad place, I appreciate the truck parking, but employees can’t follow simple orders if you order something custom, even on the app… They were busy but still, no excuse.

Please do better.

The employees were overworked but doing their best. Short staffed and LOTS of orders. We had ordered 5 large pizzas, 2 handcrafted pizzas, 2 orders bread sticks, 2 orders cheese sticks. While there to pick up our order, I counted 8 others orders ahead of us, phone ringing constantly,more people coming in to order, several waiting to pick up. The employees that were there couldn’t ever catch a breath but they did excellent!!!!!! Even tho we had to wait awhile after promised time for pick up, I didn’t get upset because I saw how hard they were working. I hope that somehow they get proper praise and hopefully a raise!!!!! PH does NOT want to lose these dedicated employees!!!!!!!!! I wish I had asked their names!!!!! And I wish I’d had cash on me to give them a big tip but I didn’t….☹️. The only suggestion I have besides hire more help, is to being the buffet back!!! We really miss it!!!!!

Ordered to eat in and out it in to go bag, drop good in window and scurry away yet didn’t give me a cup for my drink, finally get someone’s attention after a legit full 2 minutes standing there, go over to get my drink. No lights, no straws. Go back to the counter and luckily a nice elderly lady who was clocking out took pity on me and the other diners waiting for such things. I drop off my food drink at a table and go back to get ketchup – nothing, not any napkins or salt and pepper, back to to counter I go for another 2 minutes of watching workers walk around but not one will make eye contact, finally get someone’s attention go sit and both my fries and sandwich are cold by this point. The best part is I used the stupid kiosk to order since it’s supposedly more efficient – obviously not. I wouldn’t been better off will a gas station roller dog, bag of chips and coke from the gas station next door – and I bet it would still been warm too.

This place is terrible at getting orders correct. Make sure you check your bags before you leave mine have been wrong many times. Last time I thought it was right ordered a double quarter pounder got home and opened the box and it was a regular quarter pounder. They never give you your cups with your order then you have to stand and wait watching them walk back and forth with there heads turned the other way acting like they don’t see you or they look right at you and then go the other way before one of them will finally ask if you need something while they act like its an inconvenience for them to get your cups. I’m done going here they don’t care about the customers if they get your order right or not they act like they just want you to go away. I’ll just go across the street to Arby’s from now on.

Ordered , paid, told to wait in parking space area. While waiting 15min I noticed the order was wrong. Went inside to get corrected , still hadn’t recieved out order yet, and stood in line with 8 other people waiting for their orders. After waiting another 15min without receiving the wrong order, being able to fix the order, or see a single employee come to the counter I was finally able to stop someone taking food to the parking and just ask for a refund. A total of 30min waiting, order wrong in the first place and than leaving with nothing all for 2 cheeseburgers and fries.

Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had ever. I would recommend skipping this establishment as the quality of food seems to be non-existent.
I live local and have visited this location throughout my lifetime. The pictures I’m posting are of the fries I received for a medium and large. Though I didn’t weight them to be sure, certain that the amount is the same. To make matters worse, they were cold and inedible.
My quarter pound burger was pink inside despite it being old.
Also got nuggets which were also cold and old.
I used to work at a different restaurant and remember that there are hold times for the food that is prepped to make sure this kind of experience doesn’t happen. As part part of management training, I was encouraged to try food that had surpassed this time so I knew why it was important not to do so. This is why I can tell it is old and shouldn’t be served.
Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Well first the order taker messed up my order and cleared the screen before I could verify my order so was given some wrong items in my order and then to top it all off I ordered 2 small chocolate milkshakes and the window person hands me both and one of them they didn’t make sure the lid was on meaning half a small milkshake ended up all over my passenger seat and my 8yr old daughter and my hands. So needless to say this was my worst experience at McDonald’s as of yet
