Just moved to this side of town, I didn’t feel like cooking so I grabbed some taco bell. Firstly, the person working the window seemed half asleep. The Mexican pizza was smashed into the box. The tacos were nearly empty. The dipping sauces aren’t even a quarter full.
If you don’t want people to come in late at night, just close your store. You don’t HAVE to be open. From now on, I will drive out of my way to visit the Taco Bell on corporate center. Don’t waste your time with this Taco Bell.

I had placed an order at the drive though and the young lady had a hard time hearing me as I was ordering so I asked her to repeat my order back before I paid and she instantly got attitude and read it back super quick an all was right from what she read off, yet she failed to mention that she substituted every single thing I ordered, with steak, which I did not ask for. I also asked for one of the hard tacos to be substituted for a soft, I still got a hard taco. I asked for no sour cream in one of the things I ordered an it was still added. Poor service tonight

Ordered a bowl for the first time, and was disappointed at how little meat was in there as I paid extra for two different meats. Extra sour cream also and even that was less than a normal amount. Not something I’d recommend getting. Definitely not worth the $12 price tag.

Ordered for a friend and got a snotty person taking that order. Then asked if I want hot sauce. I say yes. She starts naming the different hot sauces. I do not eat there. I said I just want hot, what ever that is. He brings the food says I just gave you all of them and slammed the door before I could ask a question. Wow. I don’t usually get rude service at fast food places. Is this normal behavior?

I come here frequently for lunch primarily through the drive through.
The staff is always friendly and helpful, the service is fast, and the food is hot. I will continue to come to this location!

I ordered two of the two piece chicken strips tonight, could you imagine my frustration and disappointment as a pregnant woman excited to eat her food only to arrive home and find that the expensive two strips she paid for is the size of a nugget? I am very angry and dissatisfied at this! The Taco Bell on 3815 Pacific Ave SE, Lacey, WA 98503 has done this yet again! Not only is their food expensive but the size of the food is really small!

Our crunch wrap burritos were missing items. The crunch wrap supreme only had cheese on it and was burnt to a crisp. The crew also forgot half the order and I had to ask twice to get it right. Over all disappointed for the cost of it all. 16 an hour and you burn the food. Thanks guys. Never going there again.

Whoever keeps making my 2.99 nachos a work of art deserves a raise. The plating is fantastic. Its great to feel full and be able to pay my rent.
Im updating my almost year old review to reiterate that this is the best taco bell. The nachos have slapped 1000 times over. This taco bell is the chosen one. The Nachosen one if you will. I can really live mas because this taco bell is an absolute diamond tier. I go buckwild for it. I just do.
2 years and going strong. Look at these beautiful nachos.

This location just gets worse and worse took two tries to make a chicken quesadilla with no spicy sauce for my five year old. They finally got it right but when I sat down to eat my foot 7 minutes after leaving the establishment my taco fell apart you can’t even pick them up there so soggy. I asked for no tomatoes and got tomatoes on everything. They charge me for jalapeño , even though I didn’t ask for them and didn’t put them in any of my food. Something needs to be done about the quality of the food being prepared before manny more Americans get ripped off by this fast food chain

I was ordering at the kiosk having trouble finding an item so I asked the worker when he walked by if they had that item hoping he’d help me find it. His response was “yep” and keeps on walking. I thought maybe he was going to ring it up at the front counter instead of the kiosk, but nope he wanted to gas light me.
