Almost everytime we get food there something is missing. Tonight, missing 2 mcdoubles. I don’t have time to just go back. Im tired of the poor service at this location. Im always polite and say thank you but get nothing in return. Its like im an inconvenience. ‘Sorry I ordered food and you had to swipe my card, my apologies. To the people making the food, I have no issue with you.

Every single time we come our order takes forever today we have been waiting for 20 minutes so far. We have tried the mobile app and doing our drive-through pick up or curbside pick up. We have even tried going into the counter to pick up our order no matter what we do it takes forever. And as a result about half the time the fries are cold and the chicken nuggets are hard. I will say that they’re very consistent in how long it always takes.

Went inside waited 7 minutes while they getting together, then some guy too the cash drawer to the back. Waited 25 minutes for someone to have a drawer then I ordered and I only had cash, a $50 I I believe it was the manager who said she doesn’t except )50dollar bills. Although the cash drawer was taken. It was absolutely ridiculous that I was waiy30 minutes. I called Germantown in County Line, in Silver Spring they take $59 and was told they could have gone to the safe. I grabbed the $50 out of her hand and left. I have had so many issues with this McDonalds that this. I live only 3 minutes away and I will never ever go back to this McDinalds in Appleton Ave in Menomonee Falls. I will drive a little further to get good customer Service also get fries that are fresh and hot as well as the food. They also greet you with a smile.

All I asked was a simple direction and I already had pulled off because I had to go somewhere in a hurry and I wanted to make a quick stop it’s simple directions that they have to follow that they overlook. I understand it probably was packed at that time, but it says it on my receipt How I want my burger like that was low-key disrespectful and wrong how they just trying to rush things out, and not paying attention. I won’t be coming back here no more because the simple fact they can’t even follow right they need to start rushing and really pay attention because now I can’t eat this burger because I don’t eat ketchup and mustard. That’s why I specifically asked for it to not be on my burger. The last picture is what they put on my burger, but my receipt clearly say something different. They have to pay more attention.

This McDonalds has been consistently disappointing lately. Once forgetting to put any fries in our bag, then forgetting a hash brown, and finally giving my son water instead of the sprite we ordered. After 3 consecutive disappointing trips, it might be time to start going to a different McDonalds.

I’ve stopped three times now and have to say this McD’s has given me good food each time. I came inside once and noticed groups of people eating together, which is a sign of a well run, clean facility. The only slight issue I would have is that the drive thru has taken Way Too Long Each Time. Twice there was nobody in front of me and once I used the app to order 10min before I got there. It didn’t seem to matter what time it was, the drive thru was exceptional slow. If the drive thru speed picks up or I eat inside, I will change my stars, depending how it goes.

Went to the secondary drive through line, and got skipped by 3 people in the primary line. Saw the sign to pull up to the 1st window if you’re hearing impaired, etc. to place an order, so I rolled up to place my order since I was having trouble hearing anyone asking to take my order. Was told sorry for not being noticed, but they can’t take orders at the window. Went to the other McDonald’s across town and didn’t have any problems there, guess I’ll just go to that one in the future since they actually have good service.

Food was Cold, waited 46 Mins for food. Employees refused to Help Three Black Men who Were ultra patient. Bad female Manager She Acted As If she spoke No English. The Entire Place was a Mess .. simply Horrible service. It was Sunday Morning and these Employees acted like they Didn’t Want to Help at All.

Fries were greasy and soggy. Burger was so cold and for some reason busting out the seems with a disgusting amount of ketchup. They forgot part of my order via drive thru so I had to go in getting soaked by the rain. Employees were walking around in the kitchen talking on their phone and very inattentive so I waited 5 mins to even get someone to talk to about missing items tho 1 person walked past me on his phone and another turned to look at me. I frequent this location alot so I know this isnt the usual behavior but it has been the last 2 visits. I drive past 2+ locations to come to this one because the vibe and food was always impeccable. I don’t think I’ll be doing that anymore. Its basically wasting money at this point for inedible food.
