From the moment we sat down, I had a feeling this visit would be a bad experience. The back four tables were piled with dirty dishes and leftover food on the floor — not a great first impression. Despite three waitresses standing around chatting, it took ten minutes before anyone came over to take our order.
We both ordered a 3-Way juicy, but what we received was a 3-Way sloppy. There was no chili juice under the spaghetti — just a thick heap of chili dumped on top, which caused the cheese to melt immediately, making the dish unappealing and heavy. Worse, our server never returned to check on us, so I had to get up and ask for a drink refill after sitting with an empty glass for several minutes.
When the waitress finally approached, I explained the difference between a juicy and sloppy 3-Way. She admitted they were near closing, that they were using the last of their chili, and that it was thicker than most Skylines. That would’ve been helpful to know before we ordered, but no warning was given, and no effort was made to adjust or inform us.
To add to it all, our table had an unpleasant smell — either from dirty cleaning water or an old mess that hadn’t been properly cleaned. Even after 25 minutes, the mess in the back of the restaurant remained untouched, while the staff continued to socialize by the soda machine instead of tending to the dining area.
Overall, this visit was a letdown from start to finish. I’ve come to expect better from Skyline, but this location needs serious attention in both cleanliness and customer service.

Never having been to skyline before, I’m glad I ended up at this one. The staff was super helpful and nice. The store and bathroom was clean, the food came out fast, hot, and correct.

I came here after a basketball game and they were packed. But I sat on a barstool and had a chili 4 way in front of me withing 5 minutes. Fast service and typical Skyline deliciousness. This one is a good place to stop after a game.

You gotta love a good Skyline Chili. This location has very quick service. The chili cheese cones are great. I think they use more mustard at this one than at most places. And I like how the fries come out extra crispy, not limp like some of the others. This might be one of the best Skyline Chili’s I have been too. And of course you must get the red cream soda. It is a shame this location doesn’t do the floats anymore. Workers here also all seemed very happy, and the environment is cheerful. They are doing it right at this location.

I believe this place deserves 5 stars for several reasons:
1. Great service- very friendly waitress
2. Yes, there is a weird clove taste, but, in my opinion, I like it!! It would probably take like 2-3 more times to get used to it, so I can see the apply for locals but, it is extremely distinct taste that I can see why some people don’t like this chili.
3. It’s ridiculously cheap and you can choose your size!
All-in-all, if I go back to the Ohio area, I’d definitely get it again.
Plus, I’m a Wisconsin girl so the literal mound of cheese is glorious!!
Also, get the 5-way, WAY BETTER than the 3-way.

Incredible service by the Saint Leon skyline team. I called last minute for a couple of coney cases. They had two cases ready in about an hour, and I was very, very pleased with how much food I was given and everything that came along with it.

Drive thru, to-go, and dine in! Generous portions. Staff was friendly. My server was busy but there was plenty of cleaning for staff not busy with customers. Manager needs to make sure the floor and tables are immaculately clean. Only reason for not getting 5 stars.
