Went through drive through to get me a snack. First of all it took forever to get through drive through, they messdd up my caramel frappe as i told them no whip cream and yet they act like they cant even read simple instructions. When i correct them at the window where it looked liked it has already been sitting for a bit and the whip cream is already halfway melted down.. the employee just simply takes it and scoops out most of the whip cream and hands it back.. well guess good thing i aint allergic otherwise would have a lawsuit on your hands mcdonalds!

Pretty patient person here.. pulled up right behind some other cars and then waited nearly 15-20 mins in the cold drive-thru tonight just to watch another car pull up after me but get their order taken before (which means I was skipped for whoever didn’t understand) 3 people working.. I get that. But to whoever was in charge that was probably telling them what to say, would a free small fry hurt y’all that bad on top of what other things I was about to order? Lord have mercy on us.. don’t forget y’all are working for a company that could end world hunger

2 stars because I am fairly certain only 2 people were working tonight during a rush. However, my order was correct and served in a timely manner for a line starting to form around the building. But, there should be more employees during the weekend.

Anytime I come here to eat and go inside there’s never anyone at the front counter. The place is always a mess and of course I always see someone on their phone. When I look back to try and get someone’s attention they look at me and then continue to gossip with their coworkers. The only good thing is that half of the time they actually get my order right. Service is horrible, customer service is absolutely horrible, and all I can say is they need to change up their service style.

They added way too much tartar sauce to the filet o fish to the point the bread was falling apart from being so soaked in excessive tartar sauce. I also asked for them to add shredded lettuce and did not get that either. It’s just one extra ingredient to sprinkle on guys. Come on. Get it together.

Rude employees do not deserve a 5 star review. Fast food is a joke when it comes to these restaurants. I ordered a filet o fish and it has only a half of a slice of cheese. Why not use the entire slice on it, I paid for it…

Order through the app, missing items, no one will answer the phone. Waited 20 minutes for hotcakes & sausage. Missing the 2 extra sausages which cost an additional $2.39 each.
