Our server’s name was Veronica. She was so nice and attentive. I heard her speaking to the guests around us and her energy was amazing. She offered us all the yummy extras, told us about the delicious drinks and sides and asked us about our day. The meal timing was perfect-meaning we weren’t eating our appetizer next to our entree. Once one dish was nearly done, the next one was brought out. The food was hot with every course. We are already planning our next lunch trip to Red Lobster.

Got there about 2:15 pm was slightly busy but not over whelming. The hostess was pleasant and greeted us right away asking if we prefer a table or booth. Our server was Jen and she was absolutely the best. Ordered drinks and they were brought to our table within mins along with fresh cheddar bay biscuits and they were great. We order mozzarella sticks as our appetizer and they are the best I’ve had in a long time. They were thinner in size compared normal mozzarella sticks but were so crispy and alot of them and served with marinara. We had the Fish and chips with coleslaw and hushpuppies. Every thing was cooked to perfection. I was surprised by the size of my coleslaw, no small serving here, it was actually a small bowl filled to the brim. We had plenty to take home and were given plenty of togo containers along with sauce cups and bag to carry all. Over all our food was great along with the pleasant staff. I would definitely recommend and will eat here again.

We had my mom’s 93rd birthday at Red Lobster in Harrisonburg. 50 people came to celebrate Mom. Tina had everything arranged when we arrived! It was an amazing experience!! Everyone enjoyed the food the company and the service. Imagine fixing and serving 50 at once! They did an incredible job!!! Thank you Tina Fleming and staff!! This was the best birthday party yet!

Last night, our family decided to visit Red Lobster. It was cold, with moderate snow falling, and we were grateful to find a restaurant open on such a snowy evening. Upon arrival, we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Justin, the kitchen supervisor and registered chef. His warmth and professionalism were truly unparalleled.
I usually go out with my family, but I hadn’t planned to eat because of a moderate seafood allergy. However, our wonderful dining room attendant provided me with delicious options that were safe for me to enjoy. She even took the time to document my allergies and communicate them directly to Mr. Justin.
For the first time, I felt confident in the chef’s integrity enough to eat a meal at a primarily seafood restaurant. Mr. Justin prepared everything to perfection, and my family couldn’t stop raving about their meals. In the hour we were there, Justin consistently demonstrated warmth, patience, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail.
It was truly a wonderful experience, and we will absolutely be returning!

Never have I had this type of excellence at your restaurant. New owner, keep doing what you are doing. You made me a customer again. I came to Red Lobster with my family after I graduated, and our waitress Jaye was the absolute sweetest. She was so attentive and kept checking on us throughout the meal. At the end, she surprised me with a celebratory dessert that said “congratulations” and the cutest Red Lobster necklace. It was my first time at this location, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much Jaye!

Valentines Day dinner was atrocious, we arrived at 5:15 we’re seated had our drinks an hour later were served under cooked biscuits, two hours later we were informed that our order was still not on the main board for cooking ! We had the last table available so all other diners were there well before us . The entire time we sat there I had a clear view of 75 percent Of the restaurant only 5 trays of food came out to diners ! We paid for our ice tea and left , there were easily 35 plus people who were waiting to be seated that had reservations but I truly felt sorry for the staff . That was absolutely the worst dinning experience I have ever witnessed .

Very unhappy with recent visit on Feb 14th with a family of 6. We waited an hour despite reservation to be seated. Once seated – they told us it would be another 1.5 hr wait. We stayed as they said would bring appetizers on time. About 45 minutes after we placed the orders ( 3 had ordered pasta), they told us there was no more pasta. We were able to change orders. Finally almost 2 hours after being seated, a manager came to tell us they were sorry and would give us a 20% discount. Another table had ordered pasta before us, the waiteress accidentally spilled the pasta in front of us. Surprisingly 20 minutes later they came to our table stating that were able to get pasta for us. We finally left after 3 hours of waiting and took the food as take out. They forgot to give us one of the orders which we had paid for – which we realized only after coming back home. So disappointed with their service. Our server was really nice. The manager should not be running a place like this. We will never be returning to this location again when visiting Masanutten.

Tina and Melissa made our experience awesome! They were just coming through their busy time and were short staffed, but made our experience great, by taking care of us. The kitchen staff is still learning and we were happy to help with that. This is the second time we’ve recently been to this location. We greatly appreciated the great service we received.

We ate at Red lobster on Valentine’s day. We were there at 1:00, seated immediately. Our waiter was very attentive to our needs. We had a delightful manager who stopped by our table and talk to us for a few minutes. The food was good, the service was great, will be back.
