When to Starbucks this morning, they usually have a different person every time I go and this time the barista that was attending me Was oddly annoyed by the time I got to the window she proceeded to get my payment in which I couldn’t see the little tap screen so I hit the wrong button and the minute she saw that I did that she gave me a nasty stare. I just knew something was Was not right I proceeded to tap my card Again, trying to see the screen, but it was so bright outside. I hit the no tip button and she gave me the stare again After that, she She gives me my coffees by the way, no sleeve no stopper on them. One of them had to be a Venti. They were both grande’s so I give it back to her and let her know that it was a Venti So she goes on and gets the Venti one no copper no sleeve I stopped and let her know that I didn’t have a sleeve for my coffee that I needed I put my coffee down on the cupholder. It felt weird, but I continue about my day. I had not even left the parking lot. I tried picking up my coffee Realize the couple was spent this whole time that’s why I felt weird when I first got it And since the cup was banned, it didn’t hold onto the lid and I basically spelled my entire coffee on my leg in the car very bad experience

I’ve been a customer at this Starbucks for over 3 years, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Emmerson, Torey, and Betsy❤️ They are always incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly. I genuinely love coming here! I never even have to say my order anymore my frappuccinos always come out perfectly, with the exact ingredients I like. This is by far the WORST Starbucks I’ve EVER been to in my ENTIRE LIFE! There is ALWAYS a wait for food no matter if there’s a line or not! Idk if there’s an issue with computer systems or what, but I’ve been here several times, several different occasions and it’s ALWAYS the same story. The customer service is sub par so you may not get good service on ANY day. If you do, there’s DEFINITELY an issue with your offer, INDEFINITELY! When you repeat yourself at the speaker or ask for clarification or anything of the above, you’re hit with ributal. Race has nothing to do with it bc it’s EVERYBODY I’ve encountered doing this. Black, white, Mexican, Asian. I truly think it’s management and ownership. They’re not doing right by the staff hence the constant issues ensuing here. Usually there’s a flaw in the head of the house if they’ve fired everybody else who seemed to be the problem smh

After waiting 30 minutes I finally just left without my drinks, I had other things to do. I don’t know what’s wrong with this Starbucks, the staff are friendly and hardworking, I don’t really blame them. Seems to be some sort of process / corporate issue.

On top of getting a terrible remodel (literally only 5 tables to sit at, all squished almost the wall where the line must form in front of the register), I went in to order an afternoon beverage & could not sit. They had all the seating shut down & its 3pm? Just when I thought this Starbucks couldn’t get any worse…. They continue to disappoint me at this location. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Slow service. Slow drive through. Bad remodel. No seating. 20/30 minute wait for one drink??? Starbucks please do better.

I love coming to my neighborhood Starbucks after a hard workout. The staff is amazing. I want to shoutout Ms. Honey, Tay, Damion, Taylor and Damon. They do an amazing job handling such a high volume of customers on the EWConnector!!

Recently remodeled, looks great. Less chairs and tables to sit down at. My highest recommendation is to do mobile ordering, the line is sometimes down to east west connector. Sometimes I will park, mobile ordering, and wait 5mins before walking into the store.. I still beat the people waiting in drive thru. I also like that whenever I get my tires /wheels worked on I can just walk right over. It’s very convenient.

There really aren’t enough Starbucks around. I am disappointed. I’ve given this location 3 tries. 1. The beverage always taste bad. 2. The wait is always long. 3. No gloves when handling food. To go from register to food is alarming. Although tongs are used, this is not good.

Training opportunities: 1. smile… 2. When it is slow, train team on how to make beverages properly and how to work the register.
