I seems to have lost my complaint. I am doing it again. I bought my son from England & a few members of my family dinner, last The food was awful. The chicken was overcooked. It was dry. There was no mustard or mayonnaise. One little pickle sat on each other over toasted buns had to throw it away. The shake did not taste like it was made of milk or had any chocolate. It was the most atrocious meal I have had in a very long time I used to enjoy your food can say that anymore.

I’ve been coming to this location regularly for over a decade. I always get great service and the food is cooked well. The staff is kind, smiles and always says “have a nice day”. Overall a quality establishment and I’ll continue coming here in the future too.

There must be a new manager, GM or something! Over the last month to two months my order has been wrong and/or missing multiple items EACH and EVERY time. I’ve complained to corporate, sent receipts and photos. They do nothing but the standard insincere apologies. What they need to do is clean house at this location and make things right. Horrible. The entire management team needs to go immediately.

I live right by them but still go to the one in Teel or Legacy bc this location often disappoints. Half the time they mess up my order from giving mine to another car, to missing items, to making me wait when I had a mobile order even before entering line. They also often don’t have limited time promotions and items like the pumpkin pie, the shamrock shake, the grinch meal, and once their ice cream machine wasn’t working. Today we ordered for family and I made a point to count our items in bag before leaving drive through and had enough boxed items but after getting home saw they gave me two chicken nugget boxes instead of one of the bacon quarter pounder. Having gotten home, changed clothes and then only joining kids to eat and discovering this, I then went back to the drive thru to say they missed my item, they simply replied second window. I came and they gave me the item with no other comment. I was not happy to come back to get something they should have gotten right first time and then not even get an apology. Like how rude and insensitive. Also for all the times they mess up, why don’t they have a better mechanism to prevent this.
No complaints in food, it was hot and fresh , and all my kids only prefer MCD over any other restaurant option.
We’ve never gone inside to rate the atmosphere.

They’ve messed up on our order the last several times we’ve gone. Ask for no onions, they give EXTRA ONIONS, they even put their printout special order label on it. They forget food all the time, whole cheeseburgers missing, etc. They need to get better management or something.

Always missing items it’s crazy. Missing 2 big Mac’s and double cheeseburger . I have someone else’s order plain hamburger and 2 McRibs ughhhh I’m so sick of always having to go back . Do better . This store is not reliable at all.

We order from this location frequently. My son enjoys their food. Today we ordered a large fry and this is what we got. It wasn’t even half full. This is unacceptable. We would like to get what we pay for.

Ordered 10 nuggets through drive through. They put 6 in the box and literally threw 4 of them just in the bag. I double checked to make sure the box had not come open and just spilled but nope it was closed . Not to mention my nuggets were not even warm by any means! My box of fries was even upside down. Wow, won’t do that again. Great customer service there guys.
