Loved this place. Total class. Ryan was amazing – professional yet personable. Seemed whenever there was a need he just magically appeared out of the woodwork. Loved the salad bar selections. And the hot buffet was amazing. As well as beautifully arranged. Everything about this place was class. Their apple salad was so delicious. Big surprise for me. Along with their macaroni! And of course the meat selections were spot on. Then the pineapple! Like just wow! We truly enjoyed this place. Probably the first Brazilian restaurant I’ve ever been to where I could understand words instead of being overrun with multiple conversations bouncing back at me and music taking over. (As to the music, that was the only thing I felt could have been classier). Thank you for such a lovely experience! We would recommend this place & Ryan to anyone!

My wife and I came the weekend before valentines to beat the crowd. I almost forgot to leave a review and just remembered I needed to because it was that good. All around Everything was great. The food was delicious everything. The staff were super friendly. Our first time trying a Brazilian steakhouse it was a pretty nice experience. 10 out of 10 will definitely be coming back.

The food is great. I would of given 4 or even 5 stars had they not stop coming by our table with the meat. The waitress had asked if there was anything more we would like. I stated some of pichana ribeye and sirloin as well as some of the cheese. They brought us the cheese which was delicious but no other meats were brought to our table. We were right outside the kitchen so it was impossible to miss us. That was disappointing since a few of us wanted just a little bit more pieces to eat. Also I was a little bothered by the servers starting right away when I just had gotten my salad bar. They really did not use or observe the red card vs green card system. I had never even flipped my card to green. Also only 1 person got served a pork rib and they did not bring by any lamb shanks.

It was just ok in my opinion! The salad bar was the best part!
I mentioned to the host is was our 10 year anniversary and we didn’t even get the waiter saying happy anniversary :(. The meat was sub par. Except the filet which was really good although we went to the dock house the next day and the filet was 20% better. I will say the guys that brought the meat were amazing and our waiter was good. The manager fixed my sangria which was horrible but he made it taste better. We will prob will not be back for the money. 🙁
The dessert was good but just a cheesecake. Could tell it was once frozen. The potatoes tastes lukewarm they were flakes from a box.

We drove over to Cowboy’s to celebrate my wife’s birthday. This was our first experience at a Brazilian Steakhouse. Everything we tried was phenomenal. We especially enjoyed the parmesan chicken and the garlic filet. They asked how we liked our meat cooked and tried to bring you what you like. I was in town for work. This place was recommended by a local. I’m so glad he made the recommendation.

We had a great time at dinner. Food was fantastic and our server was Lixsie and she was awesome! We are approaching our 34th wedding anniversary and they decorated our desert plate as a surprise! Very nice touch! Highly recommend this place, the salad bar was great, the endless supply of meats and amazing deserts! They have something for everyone! Oh, and the mashed potatoes are perfect!

This was hubby and my first time at a Brazilian restaurant together. We were excited to visit. The atmosphere is upscale and romantic. The servers were extremely attentive. And wow, the food was super tasty.
I was recovering from surgery, and hubby was not feeling well, so we only had a quick bite and left. But, we will be back!

Words cannot express or describe the outstanding, delicious food served!! This was our first experience and we will definitely return again and again. The service is wonderful, the atmosphere is romantic, the food is moderately priced, however based on the menu and quality of food served it is well worth it!! There is a great variety of options on the cold and hot bar which were kept fresh and plentiful. We did not have a reservation and we lucked out where there was seating available. I would recommend making a reservation. The staff, servers, greeters and manager are all so very friendly!! Please keep up the EXCELLENT WORK!!!

This place was a bad vibe for me and my family coldness and rudeness just walking in the door. The waitress at the door was dismissive ,Which made the whole experience suck. The food was not fresh and the cake was old as well. The meat service was okay but only offered limited options with the meat compared to the website. Our reservation was set for 8pm we arrived at 8pm the waitress said we didn’t have reservations then I showed her the email to confirm. To prove our “case” The food was old i guess because they closed at 9 pm this was on a Wednesday . But despite the time I feel service should have still been honored since the reservation was made and accepted on their end.

Our family really enjoys celebrating special occasions at this restaurant. Even though it is upscale in a sense, our kids love it! I personally prefer my steak well done and all of the gauchos are accommodating. Salad bar is always fresh and kept full.
