Upon arrival the restaurant was nicely lit and decorated for Christmas! The staff greeted us immediately. We were sat next to a large group but the spacing was still good. The menu had a lot of options. And they were able to make substitutions as I do not eat meat. The food and drinks were reasonably priced. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The robot that brought the food was an added touch. The food came out quickly and it was hot!!

I’ve been to other locations and this is my least favorite. The food looked good, but thats were the good ended. The plaintsins were overcooked and everything else ordered was not tasty at all. I was disappointed.

One of my fav Mexican restaurants. Chill music. Good vibes. Good food. Great service. I come here usually for chips and Damn good Salsa, loved the table side guacamole and 5$ Margaritas.
Our host Andrea was on point. She brought our food out quick and she made us the tasty guacamole. The service was excellent.

I’ve spent many birthdays at this place, but this year was hands down the best. Incredible food and drinks, super friendly service, and they even brought out sparklers and a sombrero! Such a great time!

Great family night out. Nice atmosphere, very good quality food, but a little salty. Margherita was good as well. Very attentive server brought lots of chips/salsa and checked back often. Kids loved the robot delivering the food to tables.
We got Three tacos, combos no. 5 & 7, and kids combo. Large regular Margherita only $12. Highly recommend all of the above meals.

Had a great time at this location. The bartender was amazing and he gave us quite an education on margaritas. My suggestion is take the upgraded Margarita made with the premium liquor is delicious! All the Margaritas are made fresh with fresh ingredients and are a bragging point for this location. I’m a huge fan of the food particularly, the oh my God nachos. Service was fast friendly and the food was fresh.
UPDATE: went in tonight and had an actually horrible experience. They changed the menu and the drink menu. Food was not what I expected both for me and my wife and the drinks were terrible. Ask for the top shelf Margarita which cost $17.50 and got about three sips out of it and it wasn’t nearly as good as the old ones. The oddest thing about it is we know the bartender and he makes a fabulous Margarita that’s what we go there and one of his supervisor is a standing there right with him and wouldn’t allow him to make the margarita the way we asked.

Pretty solid restaurant. If there is birria on the menu, that’s what I’m getting. The white sauce tasted like it was from a jug. We prefer a thinner, homemade sauce versus a thicker one. The salsa was a bit thin and the hot sauce was a little weird. The birria itself was very tasty and I was happy with my meal. Tender and flavorful beef but a little too much fat in two of my tacos, I had to remove it. Good cheese. Black beans were well seasoned. Service was not overly friendly but it was to the point and fast. They have a cute little service robot for tables with multiple orders. It was just two of us so no robot service for our table. Overall, good experience and solid enough to go back but that white sauce needs to be replaced with a better one.

Best location in the Richmond and surrounding areas. Sometimes the flavors, can be a hit or miss…depending on who’s cooking that day…that’s with most restaurants in this chain. The overall cleanliness and customer service is great. Good reviews from the health inspection report data, compared to the other locations.

Amazing! A lot of everything. Steak, Chicken, Shrimp, Rice and mashed beans.
Taste was almost perfect. Chicken was missing a bit of flavor. If it wasn’t for the portion covered with cheese, salt would be needed to bring the taste to par with the rest of the dish.
Enough food for 4 people, but they advertise it as a dish for 2. I call BS on that. Plenty of food for more than 2.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Exceedingly good! The manager was amazing, and our server was one of the best I’ve ever encountered.
He recommended the dish and indicated that if we didn’t like it he would eat it (joking).
All in all, everyone there made us feel welcomed and appreciated.

Very reasonable for the amount of food and quality.

It’s a restaurant that is a must visit! So why not 5 stars?

2. No bottled, mineral, or filtered water, only tap water according to our server.
For guests like me that do not like sugary drinks your only option is black coffee, which was not good either.
