Fast service with no wait.
Roll on grillled chicken sandwich was stale.The bun makes the sandwich! I did tell a young man who told me he let someone know. I have never been disappointed in chic fil A food before.
I gave a 2 star on service because nobody came and saw me about the issue after I told someone.

This was my first time visiting this location. Over all my experience here was excellent. I went through drive thru to place my order and as most Chick-fil-A locations they were very busy. My order was taken accurately and even though i waited in line for a min, but given how busy they were, i have no complaints about how long it took, because they did a great job. My order was received correct and was great. So, if you are in the area and want great service and food, I would highly recommend this location to anyone. I will definitely be back and keep up the great work!

I went out of my way to visit this Chick-fil-A location in Hampton Cove this morning. It was still during breakfast hours, but I was hoping to order from the lunch menu. At every other Chick-fil-A I’ve visited, they’ve either accommodated the request or simply let me know there would be a slightly longer wait.
This location immediately told me “no” without offering any alternatives or even attempting to help. The interaction felt dismissive and unaccommodating.
Very disappointing experience, especially after making the extra drive. It ended up being a waste of my time.

The Hampton Cove Chick-fil-A is hands-down the BEST! Every single time I go, they are spot-on… friendly, fast, and just genuinely amazing. My order is always right, the food is fresh and hot, and the staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. They somehow keep the line moving quickly even when it’s packed, and they do it all with a smile. Truly the gold standard of customer service.

One day I was in drive thru at 10:56 and ordered a sandwich. I was told lunch did not start until 11:00. No one was behind me so I sat there for 4 minutes. Then they took my order
Two days ago I went inside at 10:40 and ordered the minis from the breakfast menu. I was told breakfast ended at 10:30. I just left telling them that lunch was at 11:00.
I guess you can’t order anything 10:30-11:00. It appeared others were ordering.

Your cashier Chloe is extremely rude. I frequent this chic fil an and everytime this girl has an attitude without fail. No matter HOW nice you are she always responds bratty. Go through the drive thru to avoid her attitude.

The employees are nice but the drive through is slow. Fries are usually stale. Went around 2:45 one afternoon in hopes of a better experience. Drive through was faster. Cold soggy fries. Minimum amount of pimento cheese and little to no honey. Photo honestly gives more credit than it deserves. So disappointing that this location is consistently a miss.

The food was delicious as usual! They were packed and busy, but I think I sat in drive thru almost 30 minutes, if not a full 30 minutes, very close to it! They have the type of drive thru once you are there, you’re stuck, you can’t get out. Everyone was friendly, the food was hot and fresh!

I have been to this Chick Fil A location only 3 times so far, and each time I’ve gone the food has been fresh and hot and the customer service has been top notch. I’ll definitely be returning to this Chick Fil A location again
